Just like the restaurant. I will bet you don't ask for a breakdown when you go out to eat. I don't think he would be compatible. Good luck." No reputable business should have an issue with a customer asking for clarification. They also go out of their way to bad mouth their competitors which should have been the first red flag. Unfortunately for me, I let that one pass and wasted my time allowing this person to view my properties. Avoid at all costs.

The new Combi boiler made a weird noise on the first night, I panicked & text him at 9pm & he responded immediately, then stopped by the next day to check on it, turns out there was air in the lines, he released it, taught me some stuff about my boiler & was on his way.
