I had a 2 day project. On day 1, the plumber arrived on time, listened to my explanation of the problems, gave an explanation of his suspected problem, and got straight to work. After completion of the bss as th tub problem, he explained what was found, how he had serviced the problem, and steps taken to allow me to clear the drain if the problem ever occurred again.
The next work day, 2 plumbers came to my residence to complete the plumbing jobs started the prior workday. After explaining the problem and work attempted by me, the needed to open a small area of the wall behind the vanity to access the drain pipes. After accessing the pipes, I was shown that someone had put "concrete" in the drain. After the pipe was cut out and new drain pipe replaced it, I was shown that access was provided to allow me to clean the drain. They also replaced the vanity.
All of the staff, from the women with whom I spoke on the phone to the plumber, were friendly, answered all the questions that I posed, at a VERY reasonable price. If I am ever in need of a plumber, and I understand that Approve has added electricians to handle the electrical needs of their customers, Approve will be the company that I will call. read more
