Nails, bolts, screws, plastic, food and metal shavings were left all over the property. Didn't flash or put in winter shields. Gutters FELL off when they left. Complete disaster!! But they cashed BOTH checks.... The customer service is so poor I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this company. Don't get the run around from these jokers. Go to a real MN company who cares about their clients and takes pride in their work.

I got quite the sense of honesty from her and she knew exactly what she was doing and she knew exactly what needed to be done and that's what she did. She did what needed to be done. I'm very happy with the work. I couldn't be happier and when you get high quality work like that with a reasonable price, you cannot go wrong. I go with my gut feelings with companies and I've dealt with a lot of companies this past week just moving into a house and I went with my gut feeling with her and it was one of the best decisions I ever made!! One window they installed they did a average job with no problems. However when they installed my…read morebathroom window it was done extremely poorly had to come out and fix it. The installers had a very nasty attitude. They left a mess in my dog run with nails in wood. They're lack of professionalism was apparent. I've never been spoken to like that by an installer in my own home. Although I'm a disabled veteran I am not going to be pushed around by someone in my own house. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do it properly. The installer claimed that he did not remove the window that he was replacing and I did not understand what he was saying. If not him and his crew then who removed the window. The job was done in haste and with lack of experience in one of the installers.
