Met with Steven Bergerson, the owner. He seemed like a perfectly nice human being; however, when I…read moreasked him to help me understand his estimate this was his response: "We charge a fixed price for a finished product. Just like the restaurant. I will bet you don't ask for a breakdown when you go out to eat. I don't think he would be compatible. Good luck." Once I received it, I emailed him asking for the free estimate (which I never received, no quote, no scope, no nothing) so I could submit it to my insurance as I had gotten my exterior estimate completed. Radio silence, nothing. I don't like that kind of dealing and will never deal with this guy again.
