His sprayer wasnt working so he applied the paint with a brush and did 2 coats plus an undercoat to make sure the paint bonded with the cedar. I am confident the paint job he did was of good quality and he made an extra effort with the paint supplier to make sure it would last. He can seem on the spendier side, but when I consider the extra effort it takes to apply the product by hand and do it twice, the price is understandable. Where he falls short is his negotiations. He will tell you he'll "throw in" a leftover product from a previous job and then the next conversation he's charging you at a discount. He offered money off, but in the end I paid the full price estimated, plus the cost of expenses. His clean-up is also a drawback. There is splatter on my windows where the plastic came off and he didnt reattach or didnt cover at all. The job got done, I shouldnt need it redone for a few years, so I am content with the finished product.

I went up there on a Friday afternoon and they were working and I couldn't get in for an hour while they finish things up. Brennon did the cement work to expand the shower area and create a perfect slope for a roll-in shower and custom drain. He also built an extremely solid pony wall with custom niches for extra storage and design. The custom tile work is superb with care taken to make sure everything is straight and finished appropriately; it's absolutely stunning (pictures just don't do justice)! In addition, they were so respectful to our pets and the rest of the house by protecting existing flooring and keeping the work area clean!
