This is the best vape shop hands down that I've ever visited. Every time I walk into the store the employees make me feel so welcome and they're so inviting and personable. The owner is AMAZING as well as every staff member I've encountered. I started shopping here in 2015 and moved out of the area, when I returned recently to Costa Mesa and spoke to the owner he made me feel like I never left which speaks volumes to the excellent customer service these guys provide. I've had disposable vapes that stopped working randomly (manufacturer problem) and these guys will replace with no issue. Can't say enough good things about this shop but mostly it's the amazing people who work here that keep me coming back! read more

Steven is the man. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful to a newbie like me. Dude just got good vibes. Look no further - this is your vape shop if you're in OC people. read more

Great shop for getting some CBD products. Parking lot is small and always busy, so that's a negative, and one of the workers didn't know the prices of the products I wanted to buy. Other visits, with different workers, were more helpful. read more

Samie the young man who helped me was great, nice selection, great prices, fantastic service! Thank you!

Great vape store. Has everything you made need for vaping. From disposable to box mods and a bunch of juice.

Good juices and vapes an great prices and the customer service is great best vape shop in Costa Mesa

It doesn't surprise me that this shop has a 5/5 rating. Always greeted when I come in. Prices are competitive as any other smoke shop, but cannot match the AMAZING customer service. I purchased a mod a couple months back, my tank was not working properly. Not only did the owner go above and beyond to fix the problem, but he replaced what needed to be replaced and didn't charge me a thing. Even though I offered. If you are new to town or just need anything from a smoke shop. I recommend everyone to check it out. You won't regret it! read more

Mesa Vape is the place to go! These guys have great specials and really follow through on customer service. I bought a whole new Mod there that was breaking after a month. It was a Vaperesso. I took it in asking if they could exchange or repair it. Left with a replacement mod for free of the same brand and model without question or explanation. read more

Best vape shop I have been to. Quality vapes!!! Excellent customer service!!! Every time I visit my experience has been amazing!

Not a local but swung by this location on a Saturday before brunching it up at the LAB with some friends. Open early on a Saturday morning (and luring me in with the yelp check-in deal of 2 for $20 any juices!!), it was easy to find and a cute little shop. (Note: Entrance to the lot is easiest off the back side of the plaza.) They have all the juices on the wall and a small binder of different juice brands. Lots of variety from smaller known labels to your better known labels (cosmic fog, etc.) Rod - who I presume is the owner- is very kind and patient and willing to suggest something you would like. I was in a bit of a rush, but he quickly introduced me to two tasty juices- Anvil and some gingerbread liquid that is similar to 24/7 by Clouds of Icarus. He honored the yelp check in deal, prompt delivery of the e-receipt (yay for going green), and was very very kind. The space is nice and big. If I was local, I could see myself coming to hang out. Definitely recommend if you're in the area looking to satisfy some of your vape needs! read more

Quick come in, dip out spot. Looking for rare coils got em. Looking for some blueberry juice got it. Looking for Red's Guava got it. Rod's the man. Definitely coming back, how service is supposed to be. read more

Moses helps out every time. This place has great selection, as well as great hours of operation- 9 AM!! Aside from an amazing selection, great prices, and amazing customer service... This place is bright, clean and extremely well organized. Just when you thought you didn't know what flavor or type of mod to get your friend for their bday, or ANY EVENT, yes!! MESA VAPE has gift certificates available for purchase. This place is great. Hands down 10/10 read more

Nice vape shop. Good inventory. I recommend this vape shop. I was looking for a certain coil and was surprised they carry them.

Best vape shop in Costa Mesa! They literally treat you like family and go above and beyond with service! Perfect little hidden gem! Thank you guys! read more

The man that runs this place is friendly and extremely helpful. He knows all his products and tries to figure out what type of juice you'd prefer. He's funny and let's you try flavors. Apparently he can't let you try things for free so he charges a penny. And unfortunately, he charges $10 to use the bathroom (one of his go-to jokes). Overall, the prices here are awesome. He sells a variety of vape products from standard capes, juuls, and suorins. Just for a quick example, his juul pods are about 3-6 dollars cheaper than other places, tax already included. read more

This place definitely deserves the highest rating in customer service. Time and time again the proprietor Rod has given excellent service and extremely competitive prices on products! Rod is knowledgable about products and is a big proponent of safety with the use of the vaporizer devices available. The e-liquid selection in this place is fantastic! Whether it be fruity, creamy or a cacophony of flavours I'm sure Rod will carry it at some point. So please do check out Mesa Vape and say hello to Rod and even Moses if you catch him there. These guys are fun to talk to! read more

Super friendly, family business, great rewards program, good selection and very fair prices

Great shop with very reasonable prices and an excellent selection. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and will go above and beyond to get whatever you want. I vape a juice that isn't as popular anymore and hard to find. After looking for it and not finding it at Mesa Vape, the owner told me he would try to order it. I've heard this before with no result. So I said thanks and went on my way. A few days later the owner called to tell me he had my juice in stock! Ever since then he makes sure to have a few bottles on hand for me at all times. That is great customer service! read more

My first time here and it was great! In and out in 5 minutes, great juice recommendations, friendly staff and GREAT prices. My usual shop charges me $7 per cartridge, and I was able to get 3 for $11 here. Definitely making it my regular place! read more

The owner is so nice and helpful and doesn't treat his younger customers like a nuisance. He actually talks to us like human beings lol. This is the only place I get juice now. Will always come back! read more

The kid in the shop has no sensible knowledge of what's going on. Rude and obnoxious with a hefty attitude of cockiness. Little prick needs to learn better customer service manners and probably shouldn't work there. read more

OVERALL: A++++++ The owner of the business, Rod, has unbelievable customer service skills. I can barely remember what I ate this morning, but he can remember who I am, what I got purchased last time I was in, who I know that also comes in to the store....the exact time I was born, where I was when I found out Michael Jackson passed away...I'm kidding, but really....he remembers EVERYTHING. I feel like he keeps a little notebook under his table where he writes little notes about every one of his customers because HOW, HOW DO YOU DO IT? PRODUCTS: Wide selections of juices, and Rod always has the best recommendations. He has recommended me two juices that I continually use. He also has a lot of modules or whatever you call the actual vape machine thingy...I guess it's called a vape LOL. He also carries CBD, and a ton of other products. I don't know exactly what inventory they have, because that would be extremely creepy if I did, but I just know they have a lot of stuff. PRICE: Cheaper than other vape shops. Rod is also always running deals like 2 juices for 20% off or something. Please don't quote me on that, like I said before, bad memory. But I have purchased the same juice from Mesa Vape & another vape shop in Aliso, and Mesa Vapes prices were much better. Now, I don't vape or smoke anymore, but this is still my opinion of the vape shop. So you know, if you vape, go get your vape on here. read more

This place is great, super clean, amazing costumer service, and great prices. Will always come again.

Rod is the BEST!! I came here by myself to set my boyfriend up with everything he needed to get off cigarettes and start vaping. Not only did he help me out that time, but now every time I come in with my boyfriend for all of his accessories for his newly found vape obsession. My boyfriend had to go to another place once because it was Sunday and Rod was closed but they could not compare to the level of service, selection and good vibes. 100% recommend him to ANYONE who's a amateur to expert vape-r. ;) read more

Bought a disposable vape (3500 puff Pod device Frozen sour apple) and while I was driving home, it had a pretty funny taste to it (not enjoyable). So I stopped vaping it and decided to wait until the next day to hit up the store. I was assuming that because I had used the device already, that I was going to have to purchase a brand new one (which I had every intention to). Went the next day (9am in the morning) and spoke to the employee working. Told him my issue, possibly that it was a burnt atomizer. NO QUESTIONS ASKED, he replaced it right then an there. Even let me change the flavor. I ended up picking the Hawaiian flavor that he said was a best seller. Couldn't be more happier with this establishment. These guys are the real deal. I'll definitely be coming back always. You gained a loyal customer today. Thanks again y'all. read more

First things first? I love the shop owner. I think his name is Rob? Second thing? Parking does suck in this area since it's an Asian Mecca of amazing food. This is the place to go for vape juice. I know I've had a bunch of "favorites" in the past, but I do love this shop. Upon first entry, you'll notice how clean and sleek the displays look. You look to your left? You'll find a wall with numerous amounts of juices. To the right? Sleek display cases filled with CBD products galore. I've come to the store when Rob hasn't been working, and have always gotten first class service. They make you feel like you belong and give you all their attention. Come to this vape shop, you won't be disappointed! Their juices are a little bit cheaper as well. They have naked juices for only $20! $15 less than what other shops are charging! read more

Was out of the vape game for quite some time and started smoking cigs again. GROSS I know. Decided to reach out to a few friends in the industry on what was in these days. I have an extensive collection of old school mech mods including things like Caravela and HEM edition mods and enough attys to last several lifetimes. That said, I KNEW I didn't want to get back into building stuff all the time and my buddy Dave, the owner of "Olive Juice" (no longer making juice) suggest a relatively cheap, easy to use, way easy to setup from SMOK - the AL85 with the baby beast. Called around and honestly, a few shops seems rather uninterested in helping me. Then I found Moses, he went into the back and dug around and found a few besides the one Camo one in the case and offered to hold it for me. Took my wife in and shopped around, bought the two mods and a few juices. Awesome service. But wait, there's more! I went back in the next morning. Listing says open at 9am. I pulled in at 8:59 and saw the door swing open. SWEET. Figured I'd be waiting 15-20 minutes for some tattooed kit with giant holes in his ears to open the store. (not that there's anything wrong with tattooed kids with holes in their ears, but ya). Med Rod, the owner. Guy was legit, got me signed up for the points system and gave me a heavy discount for what I had spent the night before! STOKED. Also just want to point out, store was nice and clean, well lit location, TONS of juices. The only thing that sucked, and maybe the business has changed in the last 4 years, but no "taste bar" where you can try the juices. What a bummer! Had to blindly buy a few. Anyhow, I like the store, I like the owner and I'll be going in on a regular basis. read more

Love the staff here. They're always willing to help and are very friendly. Rod is the best, he always takes good care of me when I come by!
