Nice and friendly staff as well as the owner i'd give it to them on that . On another note the portable puff vapes are seriously trash and overpriced . last night on Wednesday I bought a Puff flow and it was fine for the first hour of hitting it and after 20 hits the battery went out . Went back in the morning and told him what happened and he let me replace one of the same thing . Tested it before leaving and the same thing happened to me after about 25-30 hits . and it went burnt and the battery didn't even blink to detect that it was dead . Signs like that shows that these guys at mesa vape don't care about the quality of their vapes . most importantly to their eyes they care about more money and less quality . The owner of the store, who is one of the nicest staff members there, works frequently, which is always pleasant to see. I went into Mesa Vape today on a whim, purely based on their awesome yelp reviews. My atomizer had broken the other day (so I thought), and I had gone to a competing vape shop to get a new one on my way to a long drive to LA for a meeting. When I went to the other vape shop, they gave me a Falcon, (when I previously used a Aspire Nautilus). The Falcon is a totally different vaping style than the Nautilus and it burned my throat so badly!! The man at the other shop clearly did not provide a good recommendation to me. I went to Mesa today and I told them my predicament. I had brought my "broken" Aspire and they were beyond-helpful....Within minutes it was "fixed"! It was simply a matter of replacing the coil with a new one because the other one was faulty! They did not even expect me to purchase anything - they were just being so helpful and wanted to fix my problem. This is my new favorite shop, and I will not go anywhere else from now on. I've turned to vaping to help me quit smoking, so I stopped into this place b/c it's close to home. Being new the vaping scene, I didn't know jack sh** about it, but Rod (the owner, I presume) was great. Aside from being a really cool guy, he was very patient and took the time to explain everything on mods/atomizers/juices/voltages/etc (some of which I still don't get, but it made sense at the time). To top it off, he lets you sample whatever juices you want to make sure you like them before dropping your money. In terms of prices, we paid about $30 for 3 juices. Seemed expensive at first but apparently it's a pretty good deal. Yay. The store itself very open and spacious, and he has a ton of juices and all things vape to choose from. The store is in a small plaza, and parking in that lot can be a pain in the ass. But I was told that there's plenty of parking in the hotel area behind the plaza, which is what most people do to avoid the hassle. As I've said in other reviews, I'm a huge proponent of supporting local businesses. I bought a vape here and have had nothing but troubles. The vape leakes the cost was 89.$'s and the battery hardly lasts. I've brought it back 3x's and the owner always says he knows what the problem is and it's still not working. I'd go to a different vape shop with a larger inventory of Vapes. He sold me the display model and my friend as wel. My friends is broke as well we are both most likely selling ours and buying new ones. I'm sick of running back and forth I wanted to buy one to not have to run to store a bunch to buy more ciggerets.
