It seems like they get it. I don't have to spell out every little thing for them. I was having my old site redesigned. The original site took something like 8 months to get finished. It was only Okay and I was pulling my hair out by the end of it. My Big Tuna site was DONE in 3 weeks and is OUTSTANDING.
