I hired Bill over a month in advance for a small, sentimental engagement brunch. From day one, we clearly communicated the event time, which was confirmed in writing and in the signed contract. This wasn't just casual entertainment--his caricatures were meant to be a tribute to my late father and serve as the main party favor for our guests. We even purchased a custom matted frame ahead of time based on the agreed-upon sizing for his artwork. Just two days before the event, Bill canceled via text--without any prior conversation, call, or meaningful explanation. The only reason he gave was that we had changed the event time, which was simply not true. From the beginning, the event time had been clearly communicated, confirmed in writing, and never changed. We even sent him a photo of the invitation with the event time printed on it to avoid any confusion, and the signed contract he provided also listed the correct time. We were counting on him based on those agreed-upon details. I tried calling multiple times to talk things through and find a solution, but he never responded. I have every message and receipt to back this up. This last-minute cancellation left us scrambling and truly disappointed. His refusal to communicate or return a client's calls felt deeply unprofessional, especially given the personal meaning behind the event. We had even been considering hiring him for our wedding--but after this experience, I would strongly caution others who are planning important moments and counting on reliability and communication. I hope he takes accountability moving forward, but based on our experience, I would NOT recommend booking unless you are comfortable with the risk of being left without a vendor at the last minute.

She's now my fiancé! Bill set up in a small park area and when we walked up I gave him the signal. She and I sat for the caricature and Bill did amazing work drawing me proposing to Krista. I can't thank him enough for this! It wouldn't have been the same without having him as a Central part of the proposal. Thanks so much Bill, you really came through, and I'll always be grateful for all of your help.

Truly - do not bother looking anywhere else... LM Blooms is the only place you need to go if you are searching for an incredible floral arrangement -or- the most beautiful plant you have ever seen. I was trying to order from out-of-town. The online ordering process on the LM Blooms website was extremely quick and easy. Once my order was completed and headed out for delivery, I received a text with the estimated time of delivery AND A PICTURE... which was such a wonderful touch! (You would NEVER EVER get that from the big chains... yet another phenomenal reason to support a local business!) I then got another text when it had officially been delivered. I mean, this level of dedication to personal service and incredible communication was just beyond fantastic. I wasn't sitting here wondering "did they actually deliver the flowers or not?" like I do with every other florist. It just blew me away! You can see from the attached photo that the arrangement is simply GORGEOUS... beyond gorgeous. The attention to detail that LM Blooms does is incredible. And... do I need to mention that THEY HAVE PLANTS!! I am constantly surprised at how many florists just don't bother to even offer plants anymore. I don't understand that... but, no worries here... LM Blooms has plants!! And beautiful ones!! So, bottom line... LM Blooms is the place to go if you are looking to be thrilled to pieces with your floral experience. You absolutely will be!!

The receptionist spoke clearly, made a suggestion and completed my order. The order was delivered on time on the correct delivery date. Pricing was more than comparable and I thought the pricing was a little low for the lushness of the product; by no means is this a complaint. Also note that this was my first wedding as a coordinator and having this company beside me every step of the way permitted me to be at peace while also being overjoyed by the excitement that comes with hiring them. But my experience goes as follows... Upon my first phone call with Idiosyncratic Creations, of which I requested price quotes, I was welcomed by a positive voice filled with excitement and joy. I felt so comfortable within minutes of this seemingly friendly conversation that I knew at that moment I wanted this company to be involved in the wedding some how or someway. From there we transitioned to the process of brainstorming ideas and discussing my venue and inspiration for this wedding. Now this wedding was for my Aunt and now Uncle and due to the quick time frame of which they wanted to get married they merely selected my uncle's friends church out of convenience. With that being said this venue was dull, dark, and old. The amount of expectations I had for the decorations to come out beautiful was exceedingly low as the church colors were purple and white which of course contrasts with the bride and grooms request for a black gold white and champagne color themed wedding. Fast forward, one month and I got to meet Adrianna of Idiosyncratic Creations for the first time as she did a mockup demonstration to show the bride and groom a selection of ideas for their reception layout. She was fantastic! She was full of ideas and definitely made the decision hard as all of the designs were great. Adrianna's level of established professionalism is exceedingly rare and I must say her ability to quickly connect with the bride and groom showed me how family-oriented she is while also displaying that same professionalism. That day we narrowed down the ideas for the reception and ceremonial decorations and from that point on my expectations began to increase. Now as my expectations of the design were quickly rising, my viewpoint of Adrianna and Idiosyncratic Creations was rising as well. This business maintained contact with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. After letting them know that this would be my first wedding they went above and beyond to smooth this process for me. Adrianna went as far as to help me create a detailed timeline to stay within my allotted time at the venue. I can honestly say that without them this wedding in general would not even be as close to a success. And mind you she did this out of the kindness of her heart, and not for financial gain. Moreover, when the wedding day arrived (09/24) and I was as nervous as ever their decorations did not disappoint. I can not count on my fingers and toes the amount of "ooh's, ahh's" , and genuine speechlessness that their design caused. This venue that was once dull boring and yellow turned into a dream utopia of which I would willingly stay for an eternity. Now I suggest that if you want professionalism, friendliness, and your venue to be an elevated replica of you dreams hire Idiosyncratic Creations NOW and do not look any further. This company turned my vision into a flawless experience and I gained a new friend for life.
