Her communication was professional, kind and continual. Once we determined what we needed, she set into action. She arrived on time at the venue and created a beautiful balloon creation in our school colors. The arch was at the entrance into our event and really set the stage for the festivities. She arrived on time to break it down also. An A+ grade for satisfaction of the contract and for all these reasons, I can highly recommend Monica and Magical Moments Design & Event Planning.

Got to the venue hour and a half early to find that they were just starting to set up, which led my friends and family needing to help Monica so that everything could be done in time... the exact thing that I didn't want to do! The one positive thing was the decor was beautiful once it all came together.

We did a lot of research and met with multiple photographers before making our decision. Jess and Mike won! We loved and fully trusted them. They seemed to understand our personalities and were willing to have fun but deliver it in a professional manner. We hired them to shoot our engagement photos and for our wedding. Their package pricing can't be beat and you get two photographers for the price of one. Our engagement photos were fantastic. Turnaround time was immediate. Wedding photos took a little bit longer but I would have let them take all the time in the world to deliver the product they did. Words cannot express how thankful we are that we hired them. Their quality of work is amazing. They delivered photos with a variety of styles which gives us more options as to what we do/did with the photos. They came prepared to both shoots and delivered over 1000 amazing photographs that we have full rights to. They also offer printing services at a reasonable price and they are simply fun people to be around. A year has since passed and we just signed a new contract with them for our maternity and newborn photography. I am so happy we are able to work with them again. We will continue to use them for all of our future photography needs. We love Wilson Photography!

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES! I work in the hospitality industry and almost NEVER…read morewrite a negative review but this company is not honest and will take your money! I was supposed to get married on 3/21/2020 and had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. We postponed our wedding to 9/12/2020 and iPhotobooth did allow us to postpone our services. But the closer September came, it was still not safe enough for us to have our wedding! I asked on Walker (owner of iPhotobooth) on August 5th for a refund (over a month from the wedding date and within the 2 week cancellation policy)- he called me and after a long conversation... he asked me to just postpone and not receive a refund because this has been a hard time for his family. Him and his wife own iPhotobooth and also have vacation rentals so their businesses were highly distraught financially. Walker also said that if times came where I NEEDED the money then he would find a way to do so. This was only guaranteed by word-of-mouth. Walker is also a pastor and it was my fault for trusting him- because when the time came and I asked for a refund several months later he said no! He is dishonest and even in my current updated contract I am within the cancellation period and he will NOT refund me my money! If you try to contact him (or anyone at the company) then be prepared to wait several days or weeks before a response! In multiple emails, Andee has apologized for the delay and that Walker is out of town! Planning a wedding during COVID is hard enough and iPhotobooth has made this time in our lives even more extremely challenging! If you want a reliable, truthful, accountable, and trustworthy company then do NOT book any services with them!
