DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES! I work in the hospitality industry and almost NEVER write a negative review but this company is not honest and will take your money! I was supposed to get married on 3/21/2020 and had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. We postponed our wedding to 9/12/2020 and iPhotobooth did allow us to postpone our services. But the closer September came, it was still not safe enough for us to have our wedding! I asked on Walker (owner of iPhotobooth) on August 5th for a refund (over a month from the wedding date and within the 2 week cancellation policy)- he called me and after a long conversation... he asked me to just postpone and not receive a refund because this has been a hard time for his family. Him and his wife own iPhotobooth and also have vacation rentals so their businesses were highly distraught financially. Walker also said that if times came where I NEEDED the money then he would find a way to do so. This was only guaranteed by word-of-mouth. Walker is also a pastor and it was my fault for trusting him- because when the time came and I asked for a refund several months later he said no! He is dishonest and even in my current updated contract I am within the cancellation period and he will NOT refund me my money! If you try to contact him (or anyone at the company) then be prepared to wait several days or weeks before a response! In multiple emails, Andee has apologized for the delay and that Walker is out of town! Planning a wedding during COVID is hard enough and iPhotobooth has made this time in our lives even more extremely challenging! If you want a reliable, truthful, accountable, and trustworthy company then do NOT book any services with them! read more

Love iPhotoBooth!! I've been to multiple events where they were used and not only were they completely professional and welcoming, but they made the event a hit! They let us take as many photos as possible and had unique props for us to incorporate. I appreciate their great service and will be hiring them again. We used iPhotoBooth for our company Christmas party with over 200 attendees and it was the HIT of the party! Everyone enjoyed the quality pictures with our custom logo on the bottom and all of the fun props. Astin was on hand the entire time to keep the line moving so there was never too much of a wait, he serviced the machine and made sure everything was running properly so we didn't have to worry about a thing. When it came to figuring out which company to go with, I knew immediately after talking with Walker that iPhotoBooth was the one. He explained everything thoroughly, made every detail easy and even met with the venue to make sure there was a proper space when they became worried about it.
