Right when you drive in, you see the beauty of the greens and the golfers enjoying their day. The roads are easily marked with signs and the gate keeper is very helpful giving directions once you're cleared to go inside. There are tons of big houses and very friendly people. Watch your speed as there is a policeman who patrols the area. Other than that, it is a super safe community where kids can actually play outside without having to worry about them too much.

I was supposed to get married on 3/21/2020 and had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. We postponed our wedding to 9/12/2020 and iPhotobooth did allow us to postpone our services. But the closer September came, it was still not safe enough for us to have our wedding! I asked on Walker (owner of iPhotobooth) on August 5th for a refund (over a month from the wedding date and within the 2 week cancellation policy)- he called me and after a long conversation... he asked me to just postpone and not receive a refund because this has been a hard time for his family. Him and his wife own iPhotobooth and also have vacation rentals so their businesses were highly distraught financially. Walker also said that if times came where I NEEDED the money then he would find a way to do so. This was only guaranteed by word-of-mouth. Walker is also a pastor and it was my fault for trusting him- because when the time came and I asked for a refund several months later he said no! He is dishonest and even in my current updated contract I am within the cancellation period and he will NOT refund me my money! If you try to contact him (or anyone at the company) then be prepared to wait several days or weeks before a response! In multiple emails, Andee has apologized for the delay and that Walker is out of town! Planning a wedding during COVID is hard enough and iPhotobooth has made this time in our lives even more extremely challenging! If you want a reliable, truthful, accountable, and trustworthy company then do NOT book any services with them!

Snack bar is ridiculous...and they technically don't allow outside food. $20 for chicken fingers or a burger. Pizza is $30, $2 more for pepperoni. More than Aquatica, or most large parks. They were also out of half the items and sodas at 4 pm. Mind you they open at 11 and it was not a crowded day. $50 per person if no coupons, this includes per parent even if not participating. There is no cheaper pass like there are for parties for parent supervision. Sadly enough I am sure we will be back at some point and we will plan better with the tricks we saw others had.

Charged us outlandish…read moreprices and then after we paid an %18 gratuity in advance, they tried to charge us an extra 12% gratuity after the event that is not documented in the contract. They argued that the upfront grauity is for the "people in the back ground," and the additional is for the bartenders. This is no where in the contract. We were happy to pay the 18% for the bartenders and they were great! But, the sales side of this company was shady - they hide information, tag on additional costs the more you get into the process, and do not explain things clearly.

Loungers ans umbrella furnished and the poolside bar tenders made delicious island beverages. Lunch at the inside bar to cool off had a few Happy Hour items which was perfect. The staff here are very welcoming and eager to please. Everyone I encountered was lovely from front desk to bar staff and housekeeping. I had a king room on side of hotel. Not ocean front, but ocean view and it was beautiful. The one major disappointment was the bathroom. It's very small. Shower door opens and hits bathroom door. Water pressure and temperature of hot water was poor. Otherwise I had a wonderful weekend stay. The pool is beautiful and heated. There's an amazing patio area by pool and outside the bar with ocean view. Walk to the ocean is very quick, and I highly recommend catching a sunrise.
