Let me start by stating, I have conducted business with Glenn at Dunn's Event Rentals for years to great satisfaction. It was not until a recent interaction with what is now TNT Event Services that I have come to the conclusion, I must seek another vendor for my future event rental needs. I assumed I would get the same quality and service I had previously experienced until receiving soiled and damaged tables and chairs. Understanding things happen, I politely informed Brittany of my disappointment with the equipment. Brittany challenged my critique and then proceeded to follow up by offering to retrieve the equipment with a refund knowing full well it would impact my family event planned for the next day. Rather than apologize and admit there was an opportunity to do better, Brittany chose to facetiously offer me an alternative that would leave me unable to host the event I planned. Yes, the previous owner graciously offered to bring chair covering at no additional cost but I did not feel that truly addressed my concerns with the equipment or Brittany's response to my displeasure. Needless to say, I will not do business with TNT going forward. I recommend you also go elsewhere for your party planning needs. read more

The owner of the company is so nice and dependable! We rented tables from him and the process was quick and easy. Didbi mention affordable as well?!? They even have a building you can rent out. I ended up not having my truck to bring the tables back and he picked them up for me free of charge! Def recommend. read more

I met with owner Glenn Boykins, October 14, after the facility I wanted was not available. I am so glad that company recommended, I contact Glenn, for availability to rent his facility for a "90th Birthday Celebration" Sunday, October 27th. YEP, a two weeks notice & he not only came through for me, but offered some PERKS that still to this moment have me sharing with others. The facility is a dream come true & absolutely perfect, for a variety of events. Everything you need to host your special event is there. Glenn & his staff was there when I arrived, available for any questions or assistance, had there been any. Additionally, room set-up & adjustments were made to my satisfaction & the chair covers I rented from the facility, were put on & removed from the chairs for me. Now that is Customer Care! I strongly recommend The Dunn's Entertainment & Event Rental Center for your next Special Indoor or Outdoor Celebration! read more

Originally my sister set this up....but working along side of her for an event...I loved the location. The tables and chairs were set. The inside well cleaned and smelled great. Mr. Glenn the owner and his wife were great with allowing the much needed time to set up. He even helped direct traffic during the event. A big plus that they even clean up and they both move quickly. The outside property lovely..kids ran. It was nice and I look forward to hosting there myself. read more

I was looking for a small place to host a family event and this was the perfect place. After visiting a few other venues, I found this to a great value for an amazing venue. The owners are very polite and informative. I felt safe holding an event knowing that a police officer would be on duty. There was nothing for me to worry about. Whatever I needed, they had! A venue, decorator, caterer, photographer, YOU NAME IT! I cannot wait to book another event!! read more

The venue is a nice little house that has been split into both a home and a venue. With that being said, it stinks like pets inside, the kitchen is DIRTY, the refrigerator is disgusting, and the oven looks like it hasn't been wiped since it was purchased. DON'T BOOK IT!! Her tone was very demeaning and not welcoming at all. We paid to rent the venue and enjoy our time with family and friends.
