TNJ We're very understanding and did everything they could to make sure my daughter party was a success. We did a party package. It came with a bounce house, cotton candy machine, icee machine, popcorn machine, 2 tables and 12 chairs popcorn bags, popcorn, icee cups and flavor at a very affordable price. The workers were very respectful and helpful when delivering, and moved the inflatable around my backyard several times to accommodate us. They gave us a call before picking it up to let us know they were on their way, and we asked if they could try and be quiet to not wake our sleeping baby. I told them on the phone they could let themselves into my backyard. I realized later they had retrieved the bounce house and left without us knowing they had even been there! I was supposed to get married on 3/21/2020 and had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. We postponed our wedding to 9/12/2020 and iPhotobooth did allow us to postpone our services. But the closer September came, it was still not safe enough for us to have our wedding! I asked on Walker (owner of iPhotobooth) on August 5th for a refund (over a month from the wedding date and within the 2 week cancellation policy)- he called me and after a long conversation... he asked me to just postpone and not receive a refund because this has been a hard time for his family. Him and his wife own iPhotobooth and also have vacation rentals so their businesses were highly distraught financially. Walker also said that if times came where I NEEDED the money then he would find a way to do so. This was only guaranteed by word-of-mouth. Walker is also a pastor and it was my fault for trusting him- because when the time came and I asked for a refund several months later he said no! He is dishonest and even in my current updated contract I am within the cancellation period and he will NOT refund me my money! If you try to contact him (or anyone at the company) then be prepared to wait several days or weeks before a response! In multiple emails, Andee has apologized for the delay and that Walker is out of town! Planning a wedding during COVID is hard enough and iPhotobooth has made this time in our lives even more extremely challenging! If you want a reliable, truthful, accountable, and trustworthy company then do NOT book any services with them!

Very helpful with what I would need and extremely flexible with the changes that had to be made prior to the event. On the day of delivery the communication was excellent and the crew that delivered the items were efficient and did their jobs perfectly. We paid $10k for a tent and some tables a week before the wedding. My mother called the morning my little sister died to tell them not to bring the stuff and her call was never returned. Phillip Schnorr is the owner of the company and initially offered no refund. After a period of back and forth, he only offered around 20% refund.. It's not about the money. It's not about the money at all. It's about the fact that we rented a week before the wedding. The likely hood of someone else renting in that short a time frame is low. At least my mother had the strength to call and cancel. 20% and returning calls days later after several people have called over the last week? People like him are what is wrong with the world. Not how you run a business.

Excellent service from start to finish…read more I was hosting a party for my wife, one of those special birthdays that end in zero and I was clearly out of my element. Not only was I out of my element, I was unsure of what I needed. I shouldn't have worried, the crew at Luxe walked me through the process. Then allowed me to make changes. Then make some more changes. When the day of delivery came, I realized that one of the changes I made deleted some fans that I needed. It was my own fault, but alas, no problem, a quick trip back to Luxe and I loaded the items on my car. Everything went very smoothly.
