I originally came across Girly Girl Parteas at the Jacksonville Moms Blog park hop at the Jumbo…read moreShrimp game this summer. My kids were so thrilled to meet their characters (in this case, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, and Captain America) that when we decided to have a DC Superhero Girls-themed birthday party for my daughter, I decided almost immediately to book an appearance. We decided to keep the visit a surprise from my kids and the other party guests. Because we had boys that would be there, I requested Batman in addition to Wonder Woman, and originally, he wasn't available. But they found a Batman for us, which was SO exciting. We were told they would arrive at the house about half an hour before their scheduled arrival to get into costume a little ways down the street, so none of the kids would see them drive up in a car and spoil the magic. When they did arrive, they were right on time, to the dot, and came in to see my daughter and spent a few minutes with her at the door before coming in to see the rest of the kids, who were all super thrilled to see them. They went right into a "combat class", where the kids took a superhero pledge and then learned how to fight bad guys. Everyone got to take individual pictures with them both, as well as group pictures -- literally everyone who wanted a picture got one, which was great. Then they led us in singing Happy Birthday after we lit the candles on the cake, and sat with the kids and ate some cake with them before leaving. It was great. Their appearance really took the party from nice to spectacular. The Batman costume in particular was SO realistic, and they were great at staying in character while also being kid-friendly. I'm definitely already thinking about which characters to book for our next birthday party!

Saying that their employee is sick, my daughter was absolutely devastated!!! After numerous attempts to contact them, they said they will drop off just the costume, which they did, however they charged me a full price of $250 and kept a deposit, for 2 hour of a costume!!! I had to pay extra $100 for someone else to wear it and we were absolutely not prepared! What we ordered was a complete package with an entertainer, games, and music.... Will never ever go back and would not recommend to anyone if you don't want your child's most exciting day of the year that they wait and count the days till, be completely ruined!!! And on top of that be charged for it!!!!

Unprofessional, boring, not what was promised, and definitely not worth the money!
