They even give every customer a slip of paper at the register to tell you once you leave the store you are getting no refunds no matter what. Shoes are displayed nicely throughout the store and there are a few places to sit and try on shoes. It's never been overly busy the times we've been here and the workers are generally standing around chatting. They've always acknowledged us every time we walk in, but if you want help, we've had to go up and ask. But they are always more than willing to help out once you've asked. Prices are fair and there always seems to be some sort of deal going on. My only complaint is that our purchases here never seem to wind up on our Skechers Elite card. Not sure if it's an issue with our card or what, but I always have to contact customer support and email in a copy of the receipt to get credit for our purchase.
