We had a bit of furniture to get out and were moving only a few minutes away. EMS arrived in the estimated time frame we were given and got straight to work packing their truck and even packing things into boxes they had brought that we hadn't been able to pack! Everything was moved out of our old apartment and into our new one quickly and efficiently and they were nothing but kind and helpful. They quickly took apart furniture and reassembled it all in the new apartment for us. I would recommend EMS to anyone moving who's looking for a professional and great experience, they definitely made the process less stressful for my roommate and I. My computer had become very glitchy, my printer/scanner had become just an oversized copy machine…read moreand for over a week I could not get online to order supplies for my home. I had seen an ad on a local facebook page and upon doing research I saw they had solid 5 star reviews so I decided to make the call & left a message. I was quickly contacted by Joe, we discussed all the issues with my home computer and he set up a remote call for 2pm. At exactly 2pm Nick called me and remotely took control of my computer to clean it up and reset a bunch of things. He told me it would take about an hour and he would call me when it was done. After the hour, Nick called, we discussed a few remaining issues concerning my email & printer, Nick showed me an easier way to control the scanner, fixed the email issue. In short, they were miracle workers with my device. Everything is working so perfectly now, I feel like I have a new computer AND during this pandemic no one had to come into the house, all remote. The price was very reasonable for what they did. I highly recommend this business. No more computer aggravation for me, I'm so glad I found Darmtech! Thank you Joe & Nick!
