not a good experience, i understand we are in a pandemic and small businesses are not doing well…read more but my ink did not work i bought multiple cartridges and none proceeded to work properly. i came in an hour later to return them and the owner was making me feel bad for returning them and telling me to bring in my printer saying it's the printer and not the cartridges. meanwhile my printer otherwise has been perfectly well off. this was a very uncomfortable situation for me

Honestly, my four year old daughter could have made our company a better business card off of Microsoft Word. It seemed as if they used regular printing paper, and sat there while cutting each card out individually. Not to mention the spelling mistakes! I attempted to reach the owner of this business, Andrew Amato, but he always no where to be found, and his employee(s) are very RUDE, when you call the office. Overall, I would never ever purchase another thing from this business, especially since it seems as if it is being ran out of a dirty basement in some kids house. Shame on you Andrew!

I scheduled a pick up a few days later and they came and took our 14 boxes from the basement without a problem and were so kind and courteous. 3 days later I got the certificate that all our documents had been shredded. My boss and I are so happy with how swiftly this process was and how affordable it was. We will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you!

There is a teeeeeeny tiny parking lot that has spots for like, 5 cars so if it's busy you will see people lined up on either side of the street so take note of that. For this reason, I usually hoof it. It's maybe a mile for me but I like the exercise. Sometimes the wait here is long as with any post office, but the workers I've encountered here are generally friendly. They also have some decent cards too if you need a greeting card as well as gift cards from various retailers. My mom loves eBay so this is where I get her GCs since they don't sell eBay ones everywhere. Note they don't process passports at this location - you'll have to go to West Bab or North Bab for that. Though, they do have the application to fill out to save you a bit of time, but wished they were also capable of handling this.
