For removing the mascara, they used a soap that didn't fully clean my eyelashes. Instead of the regular cleansing foam, they brushed my lashes excessively, which irritated the skin around my eyes. Additionally, they didn't separate my bottom lashes with a white patch till I requested to be done, they told me it's not used there because they offer quick service. I wish someone had left a review like this because it's not about the money it's about the time and how they left my eyes irritated after the lift. The lift was minimal and hardly different from what I had before.

Today just happens that I had to go in the morning, the younger girl that works in the morning won't do anything if you're not wearing a mask. I respect if you want to wear one for your own protection but it's extremely annoying that she's still abiding by that. I offered covering my mouth and nose with something else and she said no. I'm done with her. I know for a fact that I'm not the first one to complain about the morning girl. Y'all should really do something about it.
