There's always a lineup on the weekends, so I advise going on a weekday (but not Tuesday as they are closed!) I was the only customer there on a Sunday afternoon, but she was professional and make sure my eyebrows are even. I don't have much demands for eyebrows, so I think it looks fine. The only thing was that she missed 3 long hairs on my left lid and didn't help me clean off all the pulled hair after - those are the only reasons why a star was deducted. The brochure mentioned membership for $20, but I was given free membership...so score! For the waxing, I always call in advance and they're usually able to fit me in with decently short notice. All of the estheticians helping me have been really nice and done their job well - no stray hairs left behind and relatively quick so all is good on this front. As for the eyebrow threading, I've found that it's very hit/miss. You can't make reservations in advance but the wait is usually pretty short because you're in and out of the chair in 5 minutes. It's also only $5 which is awesome! As for their work, I've been there times where I've been really happy with the job and other times that I haven't been. I found that it really depends on who is doing it because they seem to do whatever they desire unless you specify how you want it done. Similar to how it's mentioned in other reviews, all they do at the end is put lotion on your brows so you might have a couple of stray hairs stuck to your face. Overall, this place is good for the price! I really enjoy getting waxes done here but the eyebrows are hit/miss.

They were trying to get me to pay $115 for a 75ml tube of product made by a company I've never ever heard of. The second spa treatment, done yesterday, was likewise underwhelming. What is really upsetting is that, due to overaggressive extractions, I am now covered in pin-prick-like, red wounds where pores were traumatised when they'd be better left alone. What's worse is that my esthetician, who had long nails, didn't even wear gloves to do the extractions, which I discovered too late. The extractions actually brought up tears, and I am the type of person who can sit through brazilian waxes and blood donations with a buddha-like smile on my face. I feel like I paid well over $135 for a skin treatment that left me in worse shape than I started. I ran into a friend the today, who, taking one look at my face, said "what did I tell you about doing your own extractions! You're going to get an infection!" I went back today to show the shop manager what was going on. I wasn't looking for refunds or complimentary services, as I kept reiterating, but she kept going on and on about how I should really let her show me a few lines of skin care products that would help minimise the need for extractions. In the photo you can clearly see the uneven eyebrows and so thin compared to when I came in. I did pay her and even left her a tip so they wouldn't say I was trying to get out of paying.
