Kim is very knowledgeable about nail, and genuinely cares about your nail health by explaining stuff in detail. My toe is still red and in pain. He made me move from the chair the second he was finished painting my nails, causing one to get smudged and he had to redo it. My nails also do not look very good. I quit going last fall due to overall lack of cleanliness....went back a couple weeks ago to see if they had improved. It's WORSE! Rings from coffee/drinks are sticky and at stations, flies were buzzing around, and layers of nail dust covered the station where I was asked to sit for a manicure. I actually had to brush the seat off from previous persons nail debris before sitting. It's so sad when such a formerly nice salon does not maintain even basic cleanliness standards. I wont be back!
