If you can't stand for a while obviously seats in the stands would be better but if you're looking for a party style concert - the floor is where you'll want to be! Not only did you have a great view of the stage (there really isn't a bad view in the house). You also have a wonderful view of downtown. We sat in general admission and I will say the bleacher seats were uncomfortable for a longer period of time and there were no back to the seats. If you are Looking for a more comfortable seat I would upgrade to better seats for that purpose. The sound was decent and show was amazing. There was one bathroom trailer for women and two for men. That really did not make sense. Parking was easy and it did not take too long to get out of the parking lot. I would definitely see another show there, but would probably upgrade my seats. It didn't hurt that it was a beautiful night. The weather was perfect.

The theatre used to be a garage but you can't tell because it's so well maintained. It's nice to see people of all theatrical backgrounds in these shows. Most of the actors are cleveland based. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the complete lack of service and support I…read morereceived from AMC management. I mistakenly purchased a ticket for the wrong theater and only realized the error upon arriving at my intended location. When I asked the staff there for assistance, they told me I would need to drive 30 minutes to the other theater in order to resolve the issue--despite the fact that I was standing in an AMC location and had simply booked the wrong one. I asked if they could call the other theater or help process a refund, and they outright refused. I then attempted to contact the correct theater myself, but by the time I got through, the movie had already started and the online portal no longer allowed refund requests. When I finally reached a manager, I was told there was nothing he could do unless I physically drove to that location and might be eligible for a comp pass. When I asked if the passes could be mailed to me instead, I was told that wasn't possible and that the general manager--who wasn't available--would have to make that decision. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, inflexible, and frankly unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected reasonable support for what was an honest mistake, not to be met with roadblocks and indifference at every turn. I am requesting a full refund for the unused ticket and a formal acknowledgment that this situation was mishandled. I should not be forced to jump through hoops or drive long distances to resolve something that could have easily been addressed on-site or over the phone.
