We sat in general admission and I will say the bleacher seats were uncomfortable for a longer period of time and there were no back to the seats. If you are Looking for a more comfortable seat I would upgrade to better seats for that purpose. The sound was decent and show was amazing. There was one bathroom trailer for women and two for men. That really did not make sense. Parking was easy and it did not take too long to get out of the parking lot. I would definitely see another show there, but would probably upgrade my seats. It didn't hurt that it was a beautiful night. The weather was perfect.

In this unique venue, I felt like I was in my living room with some of my favorite musicians. It was definitely worth the drive from Columbus. We arrived a few hours early to make a day of it - food and games, why not? We wanted to check out the Neon Room and walked in while they were still setting up. The manager, Dave Sanzo, was incredibly personable and filled us in on what to expect during the show. After learning we are lifelong fans of the band and brought records hoping for an autograph, he managed to fit us in the meet and greet before the show. What a stellar experience! With a capacity of just over 300, there is not a bad seat in the Neon room. A friendly staff brings drinks to your seat so you don't have to miss a minute of the action. I highly recommend this unique venue for an unforgetable experience.

The Alex Theater is located inside The 9 Hotel and you do not have to be a hotel guest to attend a show at Alex Theater. Valet your car (it's just the easiest parking) and simply walk straight in to the elevators and click the call button for Alex Theater. The Alex Theater has a full bar (no snacks) and can seat about 100 people comfortably between the leather recliners and high-top tables that are sometimes assembled. The programming at the Alex is always five-stars. Check their website regularly and you'll see evenings for drag, live bands, magic shows, film events and more. I want to give kudos to the staff. A very annoying, obnoxiously drunk couple was next to us and ruining our experience. At intermission, we let the staff know and they discretely took care of the situation. The Alex is a classy place, and if I wanted a rowdy night out, I'd be at a college bar. A night out at the Alex Theater is always a fun experience and I can't recommend it enough!

I got tickets and walked over to the club. There is a restaurant and bar at the street level, and 2 comedy club rooms down stairs. We checked in, walked down the stairs to be escorted to our seats. Our server took our order, as the club has a good drink and food menu including some very good desserts. The show got going and it was interesting to see 1st hand a mixed crowd response to some good funny jokes. At our local comedy club comedians would tell a joke, and then tell us how the audience will respond in another city. Myah was our server, and very good and personable in taking care of our orders. After the show we met the comedians and talked with them. They appreciated hearing some good positive feedback on the show and their jokes. We will be watching for these comedians in the future. Hilarious is well a return visit when we are in town.

I've come here a total of 4x and had tons of fun each time. I've sat downstairs and upstairs and probably enjoyed the Loge seating more. The menu selection and food here is not bad. The lights are cut off and it's impossible to order or see or eat your food though once the show starts. We needed to use the flashlight app on our phones to see but was told off for using our phones...okay, guess I won't order then. The venue is smaller and good for intimate settings. I found it to be quite romantic on dates but also private and pleasant enough on a girls' night! What I don't like about Hilarities is that they don't just send you etickets or any tickets to print. You have to show up before the show to line up, present your ID to pick up the physical tickets. Then I think they should not be able to charge you the processing fee and whatever upcharge it is to send your ticket because you are already doing the work to go in person. This is especially onerous if you are buying for a large group of people and forces you to all meet at the same time.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the complete lack of service and support I…read morereceived from AMC management. I mistakenly purchased a ticket for the wrong theater and only realized the error upon arriving at my intended location. When I asked the staff there for assistance, they told me I would need to drive 30 minutes to the other theater in order to resolve the issue--despite the fact that I was standing in an AMC location and had simply booked the wrong one. I asked if they could call the other theater or help process a refund, and they outright refused. I then attempted to contact the correct theater myself, but by the time I got through, the movie had already started and the online portal no longer allowed refund requests. When I finally reached a manager, I was told there was nothing he could do unless I physically drove to that location and might be eligible for a comp pass. When I asked if the passes could be mailed to me instead, I was told that wasn't possible and that the general manager--who wasn't available--would have to make that decision. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, inflexible, and frankly unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected reasonable support for what was an honest mistake, not to be met with roadblocks and indifference at every turn. I am requesting a full refund for the unused ticket and a formal acknowledgment that this situation was mishandled. I should not be forced to jump through hoops or drive long distances to resolve something that could have easily been addressed on-site or over the phone.

She presents herself along Euclid and East streets the best, in my opinion - from the outside. Once inside - the main Grand Foyer is not to be missed! Even the side street and back door entrances, and the lower level lobby and vestibule areas beg to be inspected and enjoyed visually and audibly, as the sounds echo off the beautiful marbled floorings. The music hall is a jewel that showcases all of what is right with the art deco movement - and acoustically allows for the magnificent capture of sounds from the silence of a pin drop to the booming bass drums in a Sousa March - or monolithic Wagner Orchestral sounds - they are all to be enjoyed with every style and volume in between. I have enjoyed each visit and treasured each one - looking forward to the next one! What appeared to be a compact, traditional movie theater by the looks from the outside shopping center, turned out to be quite spacious and modernized once inside. Theater screens were large and the sound quality of the speaker system was clear. The wide reclining chairs were comfy and well below eye-level of the screen. At one point I reclined the chair so far back that It reminded me of field trips to the planetarium in elementary school. I also thought that the red and black color palette and decor in the screening rooms gave the individual theaters a VIP-style, red carpet vibe.
