The prices are insane. To include, staff to show us how to work the pop machine. This may have been management team visits for the overwhelming kindness we received, but hey it was nice!!

I mistakenly purchased a ticket for the wrong theater and only realized the error upon arriving at my intended location. When I asked the staff there for assistance, they told me I would need to drive 30 minutes to the other theater in order to resolve the issue--despite the fact that I was standing in an AMC location and had simply booked the wrong one. I asked if they could call the other theater or help process a refund, and they outright refused. I then attempted to contact the correct theater myself, but by the time I got through, the movie had already started and the online portal no longer allowed refund requests. When I finally reached a manager, I was told there was nothing he could do unless I physically drove to that location and might be eligible for a comp pass. When I asked if the passes could be mailed to me instead, I was told that wasn't possible and that the general manager--who wasn't available--would have to make that decision. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, inflexible, and frankly unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected reasonable support for what was an honest mistake, not to be met with roadblocks and indifference at every turn. I am requesting a full refund for the unused ticket and a formal acknowledgment that this situation was mishandled. I should not be forced to jump through hoops or drive long distances to resolve something that could have easily been addressed on-site or over the phone.

He is non-judgy and inclusive to all ages, and never makes me feel like I am too old to be there. He is flexible to your schedule and is easily reachable via phone or text. You can do either 30 minute or 1 hr lessons on a weekly, scheduled basis. Eric is enormously talented yet very patient with his students. He runs his lessons from his home, but the parking is easy, and located in the very safe area near Edgewater Park in Lakewood. While he's classically trained, Eric's personal love of music shines in his work, and he can teach you to play nearly any song you want to learn. God bless him for entertaining my desire to learn a Goo Goo Dolls song that's taking me a longgg time to master. Eric is the guy to see for guitar or bass lessons in the Cleveland area-- whether you are a beginner or an expert just looking to jam with a cool person.

He's a hell of a guitar player, very good at explaining the theory side of things (he's the king of analogies), and a great sense of humor. With so much experience, a great rate and a comfortable lesson environment, what more could you really need or want? Check Eric out!

The owner, Hilary Gent, provides contemporary space for emerging and professional artists to exhibit their work. Visiting HEDGE is a true experience. It's large, modern space beautifully curated by Hilary's thoughtful eye. Hilary consistently has new, groundbreaking exhibits, which will challenge you to think about art. Even if you think you "don't know about art," HEDGE's inclusiveness and friendly atmosphere will make you feel at home. For art collectors with more eclectic taste, HEDGE is your mecca. Hilary's curation brings in everything from lighting fixtures to acrylic paintings, drawings, textiles, and photography at affordable varying price ranges. I'm looking forward to seeing her current exhibition, THREADED, a textile art collection by three women artists. Hilary herself is also a brilliant artist, so take the time to observe her stuff! She's also a well-known event planner known for her chic, tasteful weddings within this space. If I ever get married, Hilary will be the first person I call. During the next Third Friday (when 78th Street Studios is open to the general public), head to Hilary's gallery for a great social hour, a glass of wine, and to meet other supremely interesting people. Her dog, Jack, will be waiting to greet you!
