Not sure why it was, as people with floor seats could go right to their seats. Otherwise we had a great time.

I mistakenly purchased a ticket for the wrong theater and only realized the error upon arriving at my intended location. When I asked the staff there for assistance, they told me I would need to drive 30 minutes to the other theater in order to resolve the issue--despite the fact that I was standing in an AMC location and had simply booked the wrong one. I asked if they could call the other theater or help process a refund, and they outright refused. I then attempted to contact the correct theater myself, but by the time I got through, the movie had already started and the online portal no longer allowed refund requests. When I finally reached a manager, I was told there was nothing he could do unless I physically drove to that location and might be eligible for a comp pass. When I asked if the passes could be mailed to me instead, I was told that wasn't possible and that the general manager--who wasn't available--would have to make that decision. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, inflexible, and frankly unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected reasonable support for what was an honest mistake, not to be met with roadblocks and indifference at every turn. I am requesting a full refund for the unused ticket and a formal acknowledgment that this situation was mishandled. I should not be forced to jump through hoops or drive long distances to resolve something that could have easily been addressed on-site or over the phone.

We enjoyed the contortionist show before we walked the festival. The little ones like seeing the elephant and some of the other animals that were out. We also partook in the bubble teas and some other beverages. Hands on activities are the best! We have so many exciting memories and pictures I can't share them all! I liked the drum that lit the tree up, it reminded me of the tree Ewa on the movie Avatar. You get exercise and steps in while observing wonderful art. It's a win-win. Tip: park close to the exit so you don't wait forever to leave when the festival ends.

We have contact the church for a refund and may take additional legal action including but not limited to filing a police report based on this awful persons behavior. You can do either 30 minute or 1 hr lessons on a weekly, scheduled basis. Eric is enormously talented yet very patient with his students. He runs his lessons from his home, but the parking is easy, and located in the very safe area near Edgewater Park in Lakewood. While he's classically trained, Eric's personal love of music shines in his work, and he can teach you to play nearly any song you want to learn.
