They had many prints available in a modest price range, so it's the kind of place to keep in mind for actual shopping, not just entertainment/browsing. And the quality and creativity is boundless. I think that the owners have done quiet a good job choosing their art. I didn't find one piece that I liked, I really loved them all. I couldn't afford to buy anything here, but perhaps one day I will have some money to spend in a gallery and this will be the first place that I go. Strictly, as a window shopper, this was a fulfilling and worthwhile experience. I felt as if I had entered a private museum. Perhaps some of this work will one day become as priceless as a Picasso.

But when I arrived the business wasn't opened on time. The owner (I'm assuming) was 15 minutes late to open. But after opening, it was a great experience. I really loved the local art inside of this business. And I really need to sit down and purchase a piece (and find out where I want it). Note: buying art from here is an investment.

They selection of items to paint go beyond bears. I was able to choose a bear a bunny and a keychain. The total was very reasonable and gratefully they will be shipping them home to me since I was only there for the weekend. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a new and fun experience while in the Cleveland area.

Attending a Fluid Bear Art class with my wife for a birthday celebration. The owner was on time for…read moreour session and greeted us upon arrival. She had our station set up and advised of additional upgrade canvas options. She gave a thorough review of how the class would run which would be diy and open to all creative aspects. She also had lots of examples around the studio as a guide. All of the supplies were included and there were additional paint and tools available for her to refill during the paining process. Her music selection was amazing. Her prices were very reasonable. It took about two days for our canvas to fully dry. It was packaged up when we went to pick up. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend this business and do this experience again! The icing on the cake is that this is a Black Owned Business!!!

Jackleg work, simple fix, abjectly poor customer treatment…read more After buying thousands of dollars worth of Schonbek fixtures - a large center hall chandelier, two sconces, two ceiling domes, and two smaller bedroom chandeliers - from Cleveland Lighting, here is the response I got when I asked them to fix the problem shown in the attached pictures: "Unfortunately, we would have a service call fee of $95. As mentioned these are secured at the factory and I'm not sure how much of an adjustment can be made. I could have someone available this Thursday afternoon. Let me know if you wish to proceed." The sconce in the photos was installed improperly. It should have been repaired without hesitation without charge by the store. You can see from the photos the Cleveland Lighting rep's statement, "fixed at the factory," is an inaccurate cop out sent by someone who just did not give a crap. Asking for a service fee was inappropriate and indicative of the kind of people who run Cleveland Lighting. Find a different lighting store.

This is a store that cares nothing about customer service…read more Having owned a store myself and being very conscious of customer service, I am appalled at the customer service at Cleveland Lighting. After ordering thousands of dollars of lights over a year ago, we found ONE lighting fixture that fit our needs better for our dining room in an another store. So, we asked to return a BRAND NEW, UNOPENED fixture in the box for a refund. They insisted on a 25% restocking fee. This is outrageous. This is just a way for them to make more money on their lighting fixtures for doing absolutely nothing. They could care less about building any customer good will for any future lighting purchases. They obviously care more about making a buck than pleasing their customers. Yes, it was stated there would be a restocking fee but seriously? 25% ?? You spend thousands on fixtures and there is no room for an exception at times? You can be sure that I will make sure that anyone that asks me about purchasing lighting fixtures I will tell them of the poor customer service and will steer them to another store. One that actually cares about their customers.
