I suggest you check out her place and see what cakes or pies she has for purchase by the slice that day. I also purchased a dozen of her cinnamon buns which were delicious. I recommended them to my supervisor and she bought a dozen for a client as a holiday gift and I was embarrassed I had suggested them! They seemed to be leftover/stale from the day before!!!! I will not recommend anything again for fear of this happening again. I did not feel my business was appreciated

I'm visiting from out of state and wanted to treat my friends to dessert. It was the least I can…read moredo since they were treating me for my entire visit. They suggested this ice cream spot in their new town they recently moved to. We jumped in the car and within minutes we were here! You could easily walk from their home, but not in this humidity. Cute creamery shop. There is a handful of outdoor seating. We choose to eat indoors! I didn't get a chance to take pics of the of the seating indoors and outdoors due to people enjoying their cold treat. Our server behind the counter was very friendly. He gave us some of his favorites and also mentioned what were good sellers. My tastebuds weren't being too adventurous. Although, I sampled some fun named mixes. I did go with one that I sampled after the server mentioned it was a good seller. I enjoyed a scoop of the new flavor (I forgot the name!) along with a scoop of coffee flavor. They offer a variety of other options to enjoy a cold and creamy treat. My friend enjoyed an ice cream slushie. Her first time to try this and she said she would have it again. There is plenty of parking! I would love to come back here when visiting my friends again. Give them a try!

Better than the food at Ballantyne Hotel's tea room. Nicely decorated. Friendly service. Great addition to the area. A con that is not the fault of the owner or employees: VERY LOUD conversation went on the entire time my friend & I were there. What's wrong with people? How about using your indoor voices when you're in a small room? No manners! I couldn't even hear the server when she was at my table.

I've visited this location several times before and have always had a good experience, which is why…read morethis visit was so disappointing. I ordered a milkshake, and when I received it, it was basically chocolate milk...very thin and lacking the thick, creamy consistency you'd expect from a milkshake. To make matters worse, I had to have it remade because the wrong ice cream was used the first time. I also noticed that the employee preparing my milkshake wasn't wearing gloves either time it was made, which was concerning from a food-handling standpoint. The service overall wasn't very friendly or attentive, and it just wasn't the level of service I've come to expect from this location. The one positive thing I can say is that the restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained. I've come here multiple times and have never had an experience this bad before. I'm hoping this was just an off day because I've enjoyed my previous visits, but this visit was definitely disappointing.
