Customer Service is incompetent: I ordered products online…read moreon 4/27/26 and paid for express delivery. Let me tell it will be the last time I order with AutoZone online. I received one of the products the next day. I called AutoZone customer service to inquire on my other product and they said they mistakenly shipped it on regular USPS and that it would take 7-10 business days. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the language barrier was bad with the customer service rep. The supervisor said that due to their internal error she would ship out a replacement for the part on FedEx on 4/29/26 in which I was to receive yesterday 4/30/26. I went to track the package and it showed it could not be delivered due to a wrong address. I called AutoZone customer service again on 5/1/26. The gentlemen verified my address on my account but I told him FedEx says they have a wrong address and only AutoZone can fix it since they are the shipper. I was on hold for what seemed like forever. He came back and said he spoke with FedEx and they indeed had the wrong address. I asked how that happened and he stated that it was another internal error. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for FedEx to update the address and then try to deliver. This is the worst experience ever. Customer service was not easy to work with, so many reps with language barriers. I had to keep insisting for them to correct their internal errors and had to speak to 2 supervisors . I have never had an issue at the local AutoZone store but since they did not have the parts I needed available, I had to order them online. I will never order online from AutoZone again!

I went into O'Reilly to ask a simple question regarding my battery and was extremely disappointed…read morewith the experience. The store manager, Melissa, completely ignored me while standing around with two other people who were notably not in O'Reilly uniforms, laughing and on their phones while customers were waiting for assistance. Her demeanor toward both customers and employees came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, and the way she spoke to employees felt very dismissive and disrespectful. It's concerning that this is the type of management representing the store. The only positive part of my visit was the assistance from Evan and David, who were both friendly, professional, and actually willing to help. They deserve recognition for their customer service. After reading other reviews, it appears I'm not the only person who has had concerns regarding management at this location. I will also be contacting corporate regarding my experience.

He is a true professional -- very knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping customers. He did not force us to buy car or additional accessories. Horrible customer service. I have been searching everywhere for a specific…read moreyear/make/model/trim/drive combination. This dealer claimed to have exactly what I wanted. I asked to confirm the details before making the 90 minute drive to come buy the car. The sales person left my messages unanswered until I sent several reminders, by which point someone else had already sold the car I wanted. I was prepared to drive down there first thing in the morning and pay cash, and they knew I was interested. Apparently a yes/no text message is far too much work for them. I have attached our conversation in full. EDIT: right after I posted this I got another message which included wishing me "blessings."
