In fact, we had the roof replaced so we could sell our house, but the house looked so beautiful with the new roof we decided to take it off the market and enjoy it for a few more years. They meticulously replaced anything they had to move in order to work, even putting my grandchildren's little Adirondack chairs exactly where they belonged. He is the consummate professional, offering assistance in the decision-making process but never being overbearing. He checked on us throughout the process and after. He was polite and easy to work with. He is building his business, and he takes pride in everything he and his workers do. He made sure his roofers cared as much as he did. We put off replacing the roof for a while because we didn't want to deal with the hassle and the expense. There was no hassle with Whole Armour, and he gave us options for roofing materials and companies so we could work within our budget. I would use them again in a heart beat. Even though my carpet was only a year old it needed some serious TLC. Two rooms in the home had much older carpeting while all the other rooms were a year old. When the owner arrived he instantly made the kids and I comfortable. He assessed the work with me and got straight to work. I was so comfortable with him the kids and I went and ran errands while he worked. He did pick on me saying that my new carpet did not look bad at all. (More on that later.) When we returned home I was 100% satisfied. EVERY room looked fresh and new. Low to no odor. No items were damaged or broken.
