The city said it wasn't clogged in the main. Called Watson to have them come out again. Was told since we cancelled, we couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks. Well...we now have a new plumber. Wont ever call Watson again. Watson had been our plumbers for several other reasons in the past. Guess our new guy will be getting our money now.

I had heard good things about this company. I had an obvious crack in my garbage disposer. I told…read morethem I would buy an Insinkerator at Home Depot and they were to install it. There was the usual come out and take a look fee of $99.00. Technician comes out super nice apologizing for running late. He confirms disposer had crack/leak. Gets on phone to do invoice, and says to install owner purchased unit it'll be $501.00 + the $99.00 visit fee. $600 bucks for a 1 hour job. Over $700 including the garbage disposer. I almost pooped in my pants. How greedy are you to tack on the $99? Who does that. This is east Texas and one of the poorest areas in the state. I had just had one installed at my son's home for $200 in San Diego County, CA. I was stuck. Value? It was a ripoff. They talk politely but are clearly cutthroat. Get someone else to do it. Boo.

This company was supposed to come to my house today and look at several plumbing repairs I need…read moredone. I've used them once before and had no complaints about their work. I gave a general list of items I needed repaired to the lady I spoke with. She said someone could come out today, which I said was fine. She told me someone would call before they came. Since this was set up two days ago, I feel she has bumped me back for other jobs. Was my service call put on the work schedule at all? I've sat home this entire day and put other issues and errands aside. At this point, I'll find another plumbing company and I will not recommend this company to anyone. Common courtesy would warrant someone letting me know they could not keep the appointment today and reschedule.
