After calling a couple other pumping services that failed to show up, I called Westin Services and made an appointment. They called me on the day of service to confirm with me. Shannon and his helper (didn't get His name) came at the right time. Shannon was very proficient in his job as was the helper. They answered all of my questions, and went beyond getting my tank emptied and cleaned out. The cost was reasonable and a good value for the job at hand. Outstanding company and service. I have used Westin twice now to work on my septic tank and irrigation system. Both times, repairman are on time, they actually call and let you know they are en route, and professional when on site. The repairman take the time to explain what it is they are doing and provide different recommendations for repair and to avoid the issue in the future.
