As the food runner was setting the plate down in front of her, they casually mentioned that they recently changed the recipe to include pork. My wife doesn't eat pork, but because it was her birthday and she didn't want to make a scene, she basically didn't eat dinner. Filet Mignon: I ordered my filet medium-rare.
