What is typically one of life's most stressful experiences became incredibly seamless, smooth, enjoyable and, dare we say, even fun! From the moment we met Dana and the team at an open house, we knew we had to work with them. Their authenticity, warmth, and knowledge of the Lamorinda market was unmatched. More importantly, they genuinely care about and are invested in their clients. We never felt like we were just another transaction. Every member of their team cared about helping our family find the perfect home while maximizing the value of the home we were selling and ensuring a quick, successful close. Marisol, Brad and Allison were absolutely amazing from the start of our home buying journey - really getting to know us, our needs, and helping us navigate the market. They guided us through every step of the process with patience, honesty, and incredible expertise. Somehow they knew (even before we did), that our dream home was within reach. They encouraged us to tour it, and the minute we pulled up, we knew it was the one. They helped us strategize quickly and execute seamlessly securing the home we are so lucky to call ours today. It was the easiest decision to then call on their help for our second transaction and sell of our first home in record time, making the entire process feel effortless from start to finish. The Dana Green Team exceeded every expectation we had and then some. Their professionalism, market expertise, communication, and genuine care are truly second to none. Beyond the results, they were just great to handle the process with. They are responsive, proactive, and always do exactly what they say they will. Lisa and Kristi are a wonderful team. We bought and sold a house with them over the past (3)…read moremonths and we couldn't have done it without them. For the purchase of our new home... 1) Lisa and Kristi have an amazing network. We needed to put in an offer in a single day and they mobilized their network to get us pre-approved for a loan, insurance secured, and a few last minute visits to the house for 'mini-inspections'. 2) Lisa and Kristi have access to tons of 'pocket listings'. They are part of Compass, which runs most of the listings in our area, but they are well-connected w/ the broader real estate community to understand what's coming, what are the details, and what is a fair price. 3) Lisa and Kristi have great knowledge of what to look out for. There were more than a couple things that they caught, which saved us time, money, and headaches. For the sale of our existing home... 1) They keep a pulse on the market, which shifted in the (2) months between when we bought and when we sold. The level of pricing insight was essential to have a successful outcome, and much better than any ChatGPT analysis :) 2) They know what buyers are looking for, which then drives how they prep and stage the houes. They were very communicative, open to ideas / suggestions, and timely. 3) They understand how home selling works, and paced us to ensure that we set offer dates, reviewed bids, and asked for more when it made sense. All in all, they are a great team that complements each other well. We went from home viewing to offer accepted in 5 days for our purchase, and we went from listing to accepted bid in 5 days on our sale.

"Amazing" would be an understatement for Maichee and Renee…read more First off, Maichee, who was our buyer's realtor. She is the epitome of poise, professionalism, likability, high EQ and high IQ and mostly, a genuine kind person. Extremely competent and meticulous. Hands down the best buyers realtor we've ever worked with. She found us our dream home, walked us through every step, recommended handy man, pool company, electrician, etc. She is like ChatGPT in human form. We absolutely adore Maichee. Second, Renee White was our selling agent. She is truly a boss lady! She knows real estate inside and out, and can probably sell just about anything. She's so charming and funny, yet so professional and "on top of her game" at the same time. Her entire team (Darlene, Michaela, Issac, etc) are all wonderful. They basically took charge of our house, made the necessary improvements, strategically got as much foot traffic as possible. Our house was sold very quickly to the perfect buyer. We were SO Lucky to find Renee White ! At EVERY turn she was on our page from the minute we met. She would suggest the things we were thinking independent of any conversation prior. She worked really hard , had a team come through regularly to make sure client traffic had left the home in the same condition it was prior to their arrival. That can be daunting when every agent in the area can come at any time . Due to the soft market, we collectively decided to remove the listing so as not to take a huge loss and Renee fully supported, I think even suggested it , again, like thinking separate of any conversation prior. She will absolutely be our first and only call when we decide to re-list .

I am certain we wouldn't have gotten our home without Judy as our agent. I've dealt with numerous agents on both coasts of the U.S. Judy is by far the hardest-working one I've had so far. Like, head and shoulders above the rest. I could text her early in the morning or late at night, and she responded quickly to my questions! We were in constant contact, and she pushed when it was appropriate, gave us room when we needed, and was always honest about what to expect. She is an expert on the East Bay market in Northern California. While most agents will simply set up an e-mail alert and hope you buy something, Judy is actively looking for off-market properties and running a market analysis based on recent sales so her buyers have a realistic chance of winning their bids. We recently purchased a home pre-listing, avoiding the feeding frenzy that buyers are facing for every home in the suburbs. This is because Judy was able to set up an appointment the day before the house went on the market and discern what the seller wanted, which allowed us to make a competitive offer the very next day. She aggressively negotiated terms on our behalf. What makes this deal even better is that her relationships with local mortgage brokers allowed us to find better financing that we were able to find on our own, saving us even more money. Throughout our home buying process she was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She pays attention to the small details and anticipates the future problems and needs of her clients. For instance, she helped us select a home warranty based on the experience and feedback of her clients and even arranged a free rekeying service. These small things take a lot of the burden and stress of buying a home off the buyer. She really is a full-service broker. Highly recommended.

We asked her to reschedule once the listing was ready to photograph, only to be met with considerable hate and nasty texts, calls, and emails. While we understand that agents are under a lot of pressure and we don't take that personally, this is not the first time we've had to ask Kristina to behave in a more professional manner. Needless to say, Paddy is incredibly efficient and truly knows how to seal the deal. Here are the highlights of our experience working with him: 1. Excellent Communication: From my very first inquiry, Paddy was prompt and responsive. We started with a phone call to review our needs, and he quickly followed up with listings that fit our criteria. By the time we met in person, he already had a clear, deep understanding of exactly what we wanted in a home. 2. Area & Structural Knowledge: Paddy isn't a "how does this home make you feel?" kind of realtor. He understands how houses are built and knows the pros and cons of specific neighborhoods. Even if a property doesn't check every single box, he helps you visualize how to modify the space to make it perfect for your future. 3. Honesty: When my husband showed interest in one particular house, Paddy immediately pointed out its flaws and flat-out told us he wouldn't sell it to us because it would become a headache. He never tried to rush a sale; his priority was ensuring we bought a high-quality home we would truly love. 4. Resourceful: Even though we found our home on day one, Paddy remained actively involved throughout the entire closing process. He helped coordinate repairs before our move-in date and connected us with two of his recommended service providers, both of whom have been phenomenal. 5. He Knows How to Win: At the end of the day, if Paddy is on your side, you WILL win. We were up against another buyer for our home, but Paddy guided us to secure the winning bid while staying comfortably within our budget. In fact, we bought the home under asking. I remember asking him, "Do you think we have a chance of getting the home?" His response: "Yes, because I'm your agent." He was right. He's simply the BEST!
