Masseuse clearly had no training or natural talent. Didn't use any kind of lotion or oil, elevated feet with pillow then proceeded press down hard on calves putting pressure and causing pain to knees. Didn't seem to have understanding of the direction that the muscles run and was massaging against the muscles instead of with them. Friendly enough, which is the reason for two stars instead of just one. Had to ask for music, but then was put on out in the hallway with the door closed. Cannot name the masseuse, as she did not introduce herself and was the only one there, no other masseuses or customers despite having facilities for half a dozen. Would not recommend.
