WARNING - BEWARE OF LEOPOLDO SALGADO OF AIT CONSTRUCTION…read more I wanted to ensure that I reply with some facts as well. I would like for someone NOT to be defrauded by this guy. Please, whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE LEO - he will take your money and run! Here, one can see he replied to me. He replied denying he is a fraud. I will stick by my statements, as they are true. He quoted me $112,000 for my project and he took $102k and he is not even 60% done. I had to hire an attorney to get him to finish the job. This is true. LEO LEFT THE JOB WITH NO EXPLANATION. He asked me for more and more money! He would always give me some story about paying people. When he can no longer get money from he, he left. This is the truth. The Youssef's have paid a total of $102,976.32 to your business, but you are not even 70% finished. You continually request for more funds, violating your own contract. The pictures of what I am posting are real pictures of what he left me with. He refuses to come back and finish. You can see from his reply that he is not coming back, due to the TRUTH - Also, he does not pay his people. Look at the pictures I posted, this is his OWN WORKERS! He will take your money, not finish the job. THIS IS GUARANTEED! His own reply - which can be deleted by this guy - I will post as a picture. As he told my attorney "he can go ahead and sue me, I don't have any properties" - this guy is really a fraud. My attorney searched him, he has a bunch of liens and owes people money. This guy is shady and is not honest. He comes off professional, but is a fraud - his work is bad and leaves - when you don't give him more money - I refused to give him more money If you have any business with this guy - just skip this guy - his name is Leopoldo Salgado and he opens up different companies and lures people with LOW prices and just leaves. EVEN he left his trash!! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY - he has NO HONESTY AND NO INTEGRITY - Just look at his reply. He is lying. Look at the pictures!

Carlos and his family/team did an incredible job - we're very impressed and will definitely be using them again for any future hard-scaping needs. Our retaining wall was previously put in before we bought the house with NO foundation and started to fall over into our neighbors yard unsurprisingly. It took me TWO MONTHS to find anyone reasonable to help us. I reached out to 8 other companies via Yelp Projects. Of those 8 companies, only 2 gave me timely estimates and didn't act weird or crazy. Their estimates were insanely out of our budget. In a desperate last attempt, I reached out to my landscaping company and they ended up putting me in contact with Carlos (owner of Stacker). He was extremely timely, friendly, and helpful. His estimate was more than reasonable- especially compared to all the other companies. He sat down with us and went over all our wants/needs/concerns/questions and was very informative. Once we signed the contract and paid the first payment, his team got started immediately. They even finished before our hoped date! We were especially impressed with how clean they kept everything. Each day after all their hard work, the team made sure every single trash and debris was cleaned up and they washed down the driveways. They were extremely respectful of our property as well as our neighbors. They did quality work and were very professional- we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Due to this year's hot and dry summer and recent wildfires, our neighbor brought to my husband and…read moremy attention that the very tall cypress tree that we share between our houses needed to be trimmed down. We also had overgrown bamboo in our backyard that needed trimming. So we called around for some quotes and eventually came back to Francisco as he did a great job for us back in 2017 with our tall palm trees. After getting a hold of him, he came out the next day to give us an estimate, and although his price wasn't necessarily cheaper than the other quotes we received, we went with him based on our previous experience with him. We outlined exactly what we wanted done and he was able to schedule his crew to come out within a few days to start the job. On the day of, my husband and I were not home but we trusted that Francisco would do a good job. When we came home, the job was done, however, it was not done to our satisfaction. My husband called him back and explained that the bamboo and cypress needed to be trimmed down significantly more. So after we worked out the miscommunication, Francisco came out the next day to take care of it right away. Although we had a slight hiccup, we appreciate his integrity to his work and his promptness in taking care of our concern. They also do a great job in leaving everything extremely neat and clean with hardly any tree trimmings and debris left behind. With Francisco, you will get a hardworking, polite, and professional service and we again recommend him to anyone who is looking for tree & landscaping service - especially for tough jobs that require more equipment like climbing extremely tall trees and getting around the tough areas. As a tip to my fellow Yelpers, I would recommend that you clearly state what you need done and if possible, be present at the end of the job to check the work to ensure that it is done the way you want it. That way, you will ensure *5-star* service from Francisco and his crew. Thank you again for your hard work, Francisco. It's a pleasure as always to do business with you.
