Merci Bouquet - I called on a Sunday and asked for some flowers to be sent to cheer my mom up in the hospital. These were so beautiful! - Florists Near Me

Merci Bouquet not only met my expectations -- it exceeded them. I had an incredibly positive experience working with them for my daughter's wedding in February 2026. I originally found them on ChatGPT while searching for inexpensive but high-quality florists, and Merci Bouquet's name came up. Honestly, their clever name is what first caught my attention! The owner was amazing to work with, and the flowers were fresh, beautiful, and absolutely stunning. Everything looked perfect for the wedding, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Merci beaucoup for an incredible job! read more

I wish I found this bouquet long time ago. I have always order from 1800 flowers and it was a hit or miss on sizes of the arrangement or flowers were dying etc. I found this place and spoke with Kathy, she was extremely nice and friendly. I wasn't sure what I wanted regards in style of a birthday arrangement for my girlfriend. I basically let Kathy work her magic and she made a beautiful unique birthday arrangement! My girlfriend loved it! I definitely will use Merci bouquet from now on for any occasion and would highly recommend! read more

I've ordered from Merci Bouquet twice now and both times, the recipients loved their floral arrangement. This last time, I called Kathy and asked her to make a bouquet with certain colors in mind and gave her a price range. I asked her if she could come up with something for me. She did not disappoint. She customized the arrangement and it was absolutely stunning. It was beautiful, elegant, and classy. I highly, highly recommend Merci Bouquet for your floral needs. Thank you for a beautiful flowers. Through the past 20 years, we have received many flowers delivered to us but we were never happy. The bouquets came with either wilted flowers or the vase is not full. We always feel the florists ripped off the purchasers. Today is the first bouquet we received that looks fresh, full and beautiful. We even received a text the flowers were left at our front gate. Thank you for that. Keep up the good and beautiful work, Merci Bouquet! read more

Mother's Day flower shops are usually jam packed, and pray by the time you get there, a decent selection is left to choose from. Fast service, a wonderful selection and the best customer service. Fast delivery, efficient, easy to order & will use again! Notified me once the delivery was made! Beautiful arrangements!

My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day, and when they arrived at the door I was bowled over. The vase was LOADED with beautiful flowers--pink hydrangeas, red and pink roses, lilies, stock, freesias, lilacs, and daisies. My eyes are drawn to the bouquet constantly for its beauty and fragrance. As an added bonus, the flowers were delivered in a vase--rather than in a box where I had to arrange them myself, which is the way other florists have delivered recently. I highly recommend this florist! read more

Merci Bouquet - Mother's Day bouquet - Florists Near Me

The first time I called Merci Bouquet, I was estatic about the customer service and the wonderful female voice on the other line. I came into the store to purchase a floral arrangment to be delivered to my boss. I noticed her other arrangments in the store and they were gorgeous! Because of it, I felt confident that when I was ready to book my wedding flowers, this was where I was going... This place turned sour when I was delivered a birthday arrangement on Friday. I have purchased better arrangments at the local Von's! Granted, the three roses were very nice, but all the other fillers, including the lillies were depressing. It is so disappointing because immediately when I recieved it, I had to snip out a rotton bloom. SI just snapped some pictures of what they look like on day 3. Guys and Gals, if you are willing to fork out 70 bucks for this arrangement, good for you - just know you are being jipped in quality. I also realize that every store has bad days but it only takes one bunch of wilted flowers and a subpar arrangement to ever want to bring my business around this shop again. read more

I have something in mind as a gift but really didn't want to spend a lot of money as everyone was very pricey. I walked into Cathi's little shop because it looks so unique and creative. She did such an excellent job with my creation exactly what I asked for and at a great price.I will definitely be using her again soon. Thank you so much read more

Finally a flower shop you can trust. This is not your typical flower shop where the owners are absent or some big corporate partnership that works off volume. This is a Mom and Pop shop that really offers something we don't see anymore, customer service. On top of that the pricing was fair, the product was excellent and the lady working the shop was simply 'top shelf" I called up needed something simple but stunning at the same time. My wife has been out of town and I wanted something to make her homecoming warm and fulfilling. I pulled up and walked in. Right off the bat I was greeted with a smile, she asked if I was who called and then opened a small cooler door and handed me a absolutely gorgeous vase full of flowers. Everything I asked for and then some, over and beyond service and again a beautiful product. I will post a few pics, please check them out. For the record I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great product, great customer service and also reasonable pricing. read more

I couldn't be more happy to have ordered flowers from Merci Bouquet. I've always ordered from Conroy's, but wanted to support a local business instead. I called to around 10am to see if I could still get same day delivery to Newport Beach. The owner (assuming it was the owner) was very nice and helpful. She said deliveries went out from 1:00-3:00pm and that I still had time. I went on their website and picked a pretty birthday bouquet and it was delivered at 1:50pm. I received a confirmation email and an email stating they had been delivered. The flowers are high quality, fresh, and she did an amazing job putting them together. Prices are pretty comparable to other shops- I actually think she's a little cheaper. Thank you for making my SIL's bday special and for the overall wonderful experience. Looking forward to placing my next order with you! :) read more

I ordered a "Premium" Serene Paradise arrangement for my wife's birthday and while the arrangement was nice, it was not as pictured or described on their site. I ordered it specifically because it was supposed to be a more of a purple/lavender arrangement and the one that arrived did not have any purple/lavender at all. It looked more like your standard arrangement. Also, when I placed the order I specifically instructed to have the arrangement delivered to the Leasing Office as my wife works there. I detailed exactly where it could be found (not a big complex), but instead it was left outside our apartment door (we live where my wife works) for who knows how long before my wife was off work and went home. Overall not too pleased with my first time experience shopping here, but I did appreciate that at least a nice bouquet was delivered on time. read more

What I wanted: a cheerful, farewell bouquet for a coworker without an exorbitant price tag What I received: a small pile of tired, mostly filler flowers wrapped in brown paper On Friday, I agreed to let the shopkeeper Frankenstein two small, old bouquets ("I made them earlier this week") so I'd have something pretty to hand my departing colleague. The combined pile quickly shrunk to half its size as the shopkeeper snipped away the obviously wilted blossoms. The resulting brown paper-bundled bouquet looked indistinguishable from shoddier flowers sold on side of freeways. The shop lady forgot to include a plastic cardholder stem and a tiny one-sided card as she praised her own handiwork. I saw fresher, larger bouquets later in the day at a grocery store which were wrapped in better material and included a small packet of water-soluble nutrients for the same price I paid at Merci Bouquet. read more

Fantastic! I looked on Yelp for a florist in the Costa Mesa area (I live in Minneapolis) to send flowers to a friend. After reading reviews on the various florists I selected Merci Bouquet...and I'm so happy I did! My friend received her flowers and immediately sent me a picture of the arrangement.....wow! Absolutely stunning! Reasonable prices, good customer service and outstanding arrangements. Absolutely 5 stars! read more

Merci Bouquet and Kathy completely saved me today! I had ordered flowers through FTD.com to have delivered to my girl's business for Valentine's Day which fell on a Monday in 2011. I found out Friday night that she wasn't going to be working on Monday anymore but would be working on Saturday. I placed a call into FTD.com to see if they could change the delivery date at the last minute AND get my flowers delivered by noon. Long story short, they said the change was made, but I didn't feel comfortable with the customer service given to me so I asked for the florist information where my order was sent so I can follow up myself and FTD wouldn't give me that information. Sooo, I hung up and decided to start calling around to all the florists in the area and asked if they fulfilled orders for FTD. I called a dozen places to no avail thus brings us to Kathy and Merci Bouquet. Kathy answered the phone and was EXTREMELY pleasant especially for the Saturday before Valentine's Day. I explained my situation and she looked up my info and she didn't have my order either. I asked if she carried the same stuff that was on FTD and she said yes and the price she was offering was actually better than what was on FTD. I asked her if she would be able to make a delivery by noon if I wasn't able to locate my order and she said YES without any hesitation. So I called a few other places, no one had my order. So I called FTD and canceled my order with them. I called Kathy back and I got everything placed. The driver called me to verify that the flowers were delivered and that happened at 11:30AM on Saturday...LAST MINUTE. I got a picture from the girl and the arrangement that Kathy had set up was actually NICER than what FTD had listed. My girl was being surprised and happy. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Kathy for all of your hard work. This is pure customer service at its best. I will, without question, return to buy flowers from Kathy whenever I need them. You should too...just sayin. read more

I wasn't planning on using a florist for my wedding on Sept. 23rd, 2017. My plan was to save money by purchasing flowers and assembling them myself. That was the plan until it was getting closer to my wedding. I got married aboard Hornblowers Cruises and events and Merci Bouquet, with 2 other florists, were on the recommended list for Hoenblowers. 10 days before my wedding I had a change of mind and did not want to deal with making my own flowers. I emailed Merci, without having high hopes since it was so close to my wedding. My email contained what I needed: 6 bridesmaid bouquets, 1 bride bouquet, centerpieces for 7 tables, cake flowers, and boutonnieres for my groomsmen. Surprise to me, I received a response the next day saying that they have a couple weddings that day but can squeeze me in. My maid of honor dropped off the centerpieces the week of the wedding. My wedding day came and the flowers were delivered before I arrived. They looked perfect. I could not be happier. read more

Wow. All I can say is the owner Kathy is amazing! I pretty much ran her down this morning while she was opening her doors, an she handled my tornado like presence with a smile. She said they had been closed for a few days for the holidays so the flowers in the cooler area were probably not looking so hot. When I inquired about possibly getting a discount on some of the older roses, she told me she had a dozen she was probably going to throw out...and I could have them for free!!!! I included a picture I show what a generous gift this really was. These flowers are beautiful, and I certainly walked away feeling my faith in humanity restored. Thank you Kathy! My roommates special birthday will be made that much better because of you. HIGHLY recommended!! :) read more

My wedding was in August 2017. Kathy saved my life after another vendor lost all my information 3 weeks before the wedding. She was quick and didn't waste any time. I explained that I dont live close and she said no worries, we sat over the phone and figured everything out. Although I never got to meet her, all of my guest confirmed how beautiful my centerpieces were. I love it! Thank you! Awesome experience! read more

Kathy did such an outstanding job with our wedding flowers last May. We wanted an organic-style vibe with driftwood, subtle hues of creams/peaches, and soft greens. She really understood the look we were going for, and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked beautiful. My bouquet was perfect. She was even able to incorporate dried edelweiss flowers that I had purchased online. She arrived at my parent's house to drop off my hair flowers first, then beamed right over to the venue to start setting everything up. To save on costs, we were able to reuse ceremony flowers in the reception space. She worked hard to make our wedding day feel special, and it shows in our photos. Thanks Kathy, we're so glad we found you! read more

Merci Bouquet - Gorgeous! - Florists Near Me

I recently had a wedding at a private villa in Malibu. It was an all outdoor event and I wanted lots of color while still staying true to the outdoor natural look of the venue. Kathy from Merci Bouquet was the best find of my entire wedding!! Upon our meeting I gave her the idea I had in my head of what I wanted, and she gave me examples of flowers and made helpful suggestions. I had a large wedding and needed flowers for multiple other areas, as well as for my ceremony area. I also requested peonies for my bouquet, knowing November was not the season for them and they could not be guaranteed. However, she stayed on alert looking for them and as the day drew near...she found some!! I had so many people commenting on everything, from my bouquet to my beautiful ceremony willow arch to the amazing table flowers. I think I commented on how much I loved my bouquet at least every half hour. Everything to do with my flowers was amazing from top to bottom. She set up quickly and efficiently and on time. Price was super competitive, but quite frankly I would have paid top dollar for what I received now knowing how great she was. Brides need competent people. They have enough stress to deal with already. To trust someone to do your once-in-a-lifetime flowers and to have them turn out better than you could even imagine is priceless. I will recommend Merci Bouquet for the rest of my life! My photos are soooo amazing :) read more

Everything about my experience with Merci Bouquet was OUTSTANDING! Starting with Kathy's quick response to my initial email (only 2 months prior to the wedding) all the way through to the brilliant arrangements she delivered and set up for my daughter's wedding. Kathy is amazingly helpful and friendly. My daughter changed her mind about what she wanted a half dozen times and Kathy didn't even blink. She happily made the necessary adjustments and we were so pleased with the end results. She stayed within our budget and created gorgeous bouquets, center pieces and venue décor! I HIGHLY recommend Merci Bouquet and Kathy. She far exceeded our expectations and helped make my daughters wedding the dream day we hoped for. Thank you Kathy!! read more

Very disappointed in this florist. I had arranged for a bridal bouquet and a grooms corsage over the phone. I was clear on what I wanted and when I picked up the flowers the roses were wilted and the flowers with the color were purple - I had requested blue. I used Kathy at Merci Bouquet to provide floral arrangements for a corporate party that I was hosting. Not very knowledgeable with flowers, Kathy was able to go above and beyond my expectations. She asked a few simple questions about the event that I was hosting and provided me with several different options available to me. Once I picked which options I wanted to choose Kathy handled everything for me. The flower arrangements were delivered ahead of the scheduled time and allowed me to focus my attention on other areas of my event. The flowers themselves were gorgeous and fresh. It has been a week since my event and the flowers still look as alive as the day that I got them. I highly recommend Kathy for anyone looking into getting flowers for their event. Her service was outstanding and she provided great service! Please feel free to message me with any questions regarding my experience with Merci Bouquet. read more

This place is amazing!!!! They were SUCH a life saver!!!! It was one of my best friend's weddings and disaster struck! Her bridesmaids' bouquets were completely ruined and brown and dying :( and we found out 1 HOUR before the wedding (which was on a boat in Newport)! So I called Merci to ask for SEVEN bridesmaids bouquets to be made as an emergency and they said it would take them an hour and for such an affordable price!!! They were done and tied in less than an hour and made it onto the boat 20 minutes before the boat left the dock and the wedding started!!! The bouquets came out EVEN BETTER than the original ones were!! OMG we just want to thank you so much for saving the my bestie's wedding!!! Merci is literally AMAZING!!
