This shop…read morenot only completed the repair, but they went beyond the basic repair, matched up the metal rings to make the bag look more polished than it was when I first bought it, and sewed unobtrusive black leather patches over the canvas around the rings to make sure that the rings wouldn't tear through the canvas again. Some women have collections of purses in different sizes and colors that they accessorize daily. I don't. I seek out and acquire one sturdy but lightweight black fabric purse (with multiple pockets and compartments that can keep me organized) that I use all the time except for very dressy occasions, and generally, I use that bag for years until it's no longer usable. I set up the bag so that each pocket or compartment holds very specific items, and I become very accustomed to how it's set up. I hate having to change bags. This shop understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond. The next time I need that kind of repair, or any alterations, I'm coming back to this shop. The repair wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny. They do excellent work.

He informed me in a less than a pleasant manner that the coupon was to be presented at the time I brought the clothes in. Since I had been a regular customer, I felt a little leeway was in order. He became nasty and said that signs were posted. I told him I could take my business elsewhere and he said "Go ahead." His tone of voice and attiitude were completely disrespectful. Then I went to pay by check as I had always done in the past, and he informed me that they no longer accepted checks. At that point I paid by credit card and promised never to do business with his establishment again. With the economy the way it is, I do not believe any business can afford to be that hostile to its customers. I will do my best to encourage my firiends and family NOT to do business with Classic Cleaners in the future.

I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup.
