Everything about the experience was great. I waited outside until they called me, I didn't wait long. I felt safe, it was very clean and social distanced. All that aside, I won't be back after my most recent cut. I told the hairdresser I wanted an angled bob and showed them an inspo picture. I came in with armpit length hair so this shouldn't have been an issue. They glanced at the pic, asked me next to no clarifying questions, and proceeded to give me a chin length lord Farquaad straight bob instead. They also did not provide a mirror to see the back so it wasn't until I got home and could get a good view of the back did I realize just how different it was from what I asked for. I hoped it was the styling, but even after washing and restyling, there's no way around it. This is the second time I've cried over a haircut I've gotten from hairdressers at this salon because they just don't seem to care about what I ask for, they just do whatever they want.

I'm originally from Central Connecticut and any spa that performed a lip wax always cleansed the area of makeup base and used a magnifying loop to better see the baby fine hairs on the lip. Then pluck a couple that may be strays and apply a soothing lotion. Thus owner did not use a loop, rushed through the process, I told her I could still feel a ton of prickly hairs so she proceeds to rant about hiw she's a legend in the industry.
