The instructor is extremely patient while dealing with a class full of wild kids and makes time to work with each child individually. The facility consists of two separate rooms for classes. There is one larger room with tiered seating for guests that I believe they hold recitals in. There are bathrooms on site and the facilities are kept clean. I have seen all ranges of ages in classes and have also seen singing lessons. If alternate class times on Saturdays were added for the younger kids it would be five stars! It's difficult to get a run down 3 year old to focus after a full day around dinner time.

A medium-sized stage area with no disabled seating but they allow wheelchairs to sit in front of the graduated seating section (so in front of the first row). If you are disabled or are with someone, they acknowledge and help you right away frm the time you arrive until they see you out the door when the performance is over. Programs are right on time. Place is clean. As an entertainment/arts program: Well-chosen material that can be appreciated by any age group and is not too long for younger audience members. I enjoyed my first time at SpectorDance for their holiday show and auction. I felt welcomed into what seemed to be a supportive group of people who are all probably parents of the performers. People from the organizing team introduced themselves. The auction was one of the most approachable in the area and I felt appreciated when I bid on something. Plenty of parking in their private lot. My first time out here won't be my last. I'm bookmarking their site so I can know when performances come up.

Over the past year, I've expanded into new dance styles and started focusing on the finer details--like arm styling and hip movement, not just footwork. I've joined the dance team, performed in group showcases, and taken part in coaching lessons with incredible visiting instructors who've given me professional feedback to grow from. When my first instructor, Valerie, moved and transferred to another Arthur Murray studio, I wasn't sure what to expect--but I was left in great hands. Angela, my new main instructor, has been amazing at challenging me and helping me push my limits. I've also taken lessons with Alexia and Nathan, and all three have supported my growth with their unique styles and encouragement. One big milestone this year has been dancing in front of others through demos. It's helped me shake off nerves, have fun with mistakes, and just keep dancing. My confidence has grown immensely--I now step onto the dance floor excited, not anxious. I've even started receiving compliments on my leading and technique, which feels incredibly rewarding. If you're thinking about trying dance, I can't recommend Arthur Murray enough. But here's the key: don't just take a lesson or two--immerse yourself in the full experience. Take lessons weekly, go to group classes, attend the parties. You'll get so much more out of it if you fully embrace the experience.

Unfortunately, the class quickly became a disappointment. The instructor, Janelle, offered minimal instruction and mostly ran through routines without engaging the children--only occasionally praising the same few students while ignoring the others. While I understand parents are there to support their child, other Parent & Me classes we've attended had instructors who were far more hands-on and encouraging. My daughter was also going through a phase of learning boundaries and keeping hands to herself. Instead of addressing the concerns with me directly, the teacher reported the issue to the front desk, and I received a text stating that my daughter's behavior was a problem. I offered to withdraw her from class as I didn't want her to be a problem or distraction for others, but was told I would not receive a refund for the class or recital. The receptionist Ms. Sophie said she would speak to the teacher, but essentially offered no real solution or options on how we could work together to address the issue. Recital picture day was also poorly organized. Multiple groups were assigned the same time slot, and everyone was crowded into a hot classroom with limited seating. Our group--despite having the youngest and most restless children--was scheduled second to last. As I was heavily pregnant, I alternated between sitting on the floor and standing for over an hour. When I went to the lobby to look for a seat, Ms. Sophie, immediately told us to return to the classroom. I calmly explained I was pregnant and needed a seat, but she showed no concern or professionalism and rudely dismissed me (she was generally always rude and curt with me for whatever reason, and it seemed like she seized this opportunity to be even more rude). She escalated tensions by raising her voice at my husband. Eventually, another teacher who was present reluctantly found me a chair. My daughter then came running out of the picture room (parents were not allowed in) stating that she was scared and that her teacher had yelled at her. Overall, the staff came across as young, unprofessional, and lacking in basic customer service. The teachers do not seem prepared or have the experience to run a classroom with toddlers. The only positive thing I could say was that my daughter was allowed to perform on recital day despite having a rough morning which caused her to arrive late and upset. Aside from that, our experience was overwhelmingly negative. I would not recommend this studio for Parent & Me classes; you're better off with city-run tot classes that offer a better value without the stress or high cost, and more importantly, treat families with more care and respect.

Allie (dance owner) and all the teachers love all the students, they have had to have taught the big girls to be kind to the little girls because all of the bigger students are so amazing with the Littles. There are various classes , and the teachers and staff pour themselves into the students. I highly recommend this studio. Hours are convenient, staff is amazing, and the dance owner is always there if you ever need to speak with her. She's not an absentee owner. Every time I go to drop my daughter for her class , she's either teaching, or just pulling up. I will always tell people to go here when they ask where my daughter dances.

Dropped in to do their glaze & go, $9 studio fee per person and you pay the price for the ceramic pieces. They have many cute options and clay designs to choose from! The instructions are pretty straight forward, you choose your piece, collect materials you will use to paint or add texture, pict your colors of choice, and then it'll get glazed. Process takes about 3 weeks, so if you come be prepared to leave your information and come back to pick up. Such a great activity to do. Can't wait to see the finished project!
