Let's start with the lady in the front "kaity" she is so rude and acts like she owns the place because her husband is a Police officer. The girls inside who "take" care of the kids let's them cry, fight with each other and whatever the kids want. One of the staff would not allow my child to eat her food but allowed some of her "favorite kids" to eat whatever they brought from home. Mrs. chambers the director will not help your child. I brought up to her attention that the teacher would treat my child differently and she replied with " we are friends with that kids parents". So I guess if you aren't cool with the staff or friends with them, they won't assist your child. Make sure to always look at your statements, they always overcharge you extra fees.

Jenny's daycare is AMAZING. She has an awesome curriculum, she is dedicated to the kids in her daycare's well-being and education. Her and Bon have had such a Positive impact on my son... we cannot thank her enough. She goes above and beyond for her kids in her daycare. She is also reasonably priced. She and her family are simply AMAZING. My son LOVES school, and loves her family.... Oh, and they treat you like family as well...

I felt that the teachers truly cared about my daughter and she absolutely thrived in their environment. One example- when my daughter was having a hard time with drop-off, Miss Becca developed a special drop-off routine just for her- and it worked! I felt so good about sending her to school--knowing that everyday, she would be reading, singing, playing outside, and doing art. I was sad to leave TC behind when we moved out of the area, and now that I am looking at new schools for my children, I appreciate even more what a great place TC is. WORTH EVERY PENNY! PS--summer program is really great too...so many cool activities!

Terri and Brenda were specifically exceptional and we and our son adored them. However, our experience at the toddler level due to one person solely caused us to decide to keep my wife at home to take care of our child. Lori Tep was consistently insulting to my son's mother and her laziness in her care for the children was clearly palpable. Thi's is my 3rd child and I am a health professional, I am no stranger to raising a child. We truly loved this place but I wouldn't place my son there again unless they rid themselves of this poorly educated and poorly informed individual... btw, the preschool is excellent, just keep your child away from this Lori they gave some small power to that she has taken to a horrible level!

We had nothing but good experiences here and highly recommend it. The teachers are very patient with the children, older children help younger children settle into routines, and the school even helps with potty training when the time comes. When our daughter started Kindergarten at the local elementary school, we found she was far beyond her classmates in math. This school prepared her well. Your child will take time to settle into the new environment. It took my oldest nearly six weeks. The school will work with you, so be patient and don't blame the school if your child isn't ready.

Let me save you the headache! This place is a freakinnn' mess…read more After essentially being pushed out just two days in, I was told I'd get a full refund, minus the two days my son was "in school", yeah.. ok. What I got instead was several weeks of back and fourth emails, and a check that was finally recieved via snail mail aka USPS. I thought: "FINALLY", cause... hey, we're talking a little over $1,800. I go to deposit it and lo and behold.. IT'S NOT SIGNED. Yes, seriously, they sent me an unsigned check. From there, I went back to the email thread, going back and forth a million times with accounting and random people who never introduced themselves. An aggressive email from a random staff member named Patricia, who never introduced herself or her role in the whole situation. I didn't receive any phone calls, no apology, no accountability. Weeks go by, and I don't receive another check, so I filed a dispute with my bank after attempting to resolve this for over a month. Guess what? I finally heard back from accounting. They tried to get me to cancel my dispute so that they could issue a check again. I said nope! Thankfully, a week or so later, my bank was able to refund me the entire amount after literally faxing them our email thread and the unsigned check. Please do not bring yourself or your children here. The staff here is unprofessional and incompetent and needs to brush up on their customer service. Avoid. At. All. Costs.
