This attractive cocktail bar a stone's throw from swinging Via del Porto Fluviale fits right in with the fashion of the moment: it's a post-industrial space with large windows, hurricane lamps, mismatched glassware and pewter tankards, and a high bar as well as large sofas and metal tables and chairs.
The space is pleasant enough and the cocktails are pretty good; the choice of beer is a bit more limited but overall it's a safe bet if you fancy a drink in this area. I haven't eaten here but they also offer a bistro menu.
I'd like to give it a fourth star but my sensation is that it is so similar to other bars in Rome, it's lacking that touch of individuality which makes you want to really tell all your friends to go there.
It's just fine for a date or a drink with friends, so for now, it stays at three stars. read more
