And not only did she say that, but she delivered! 20 minutes later, I sat in her chair and got my face all cleaned up... Jillian was super sweet and did an excellent job doing some maintenance on my brows and cleaning up my lip. I'd go so far as saying she is meticulous in a good way. She even has this wonderful soft hand pillow that she uses so that her hand is not constantly rubbing up against your face as she works. I'd never experienced that before and I loved it. I left TBS feeling like a new woman! If I lived in Calgary, I'd likely be a loyal customer of TBS / Jillian. She must be doing something right as she's been working there for almost 10 years! I highly recommend paying Jililan a visit if you're in need of any facial hair removal. I hear some girls tell me their fills take over two hours ? I also fall asleep every time because Kim is extremely gentle. Not to mention that getting lash extensions put on for this long my real eyelashes are still healthy and in good shape which is important. My lashes always look amazing and full. Everywhere I go I get compliments on them and they last me 3 weeks to a month no problem. Kim is very flexible to my schedule and will always accommodate me even if it's last minute. She is very friendly and her set-up is very clean and comfortable.

They have a way of talking to anyone and making them feel very welcome and at home. Since it is classified as a 'family' salon, the prices are actually cheaper than other places. Shouldn't the birds be singing, the flowers near bloom, the trees readying their leaves? Right, that was the week *before* I arrived. Now, it's 20 degrees, it's snowing, the wind is blowing 20 mph, and my feet are in a pedicure tub of hot water up to my ankles. I could care less about the weather. Bliss. Truth be known, I've had 4-5 pedicures and adored them all. This was one of the best, because 1) I was on vacation. 2) it was brutally cold, and 3) all I had to do was relax and enjoy it, and how I did. The ladies here are sweet as can be, very thorough, and the price is about 1/3 less than I'd expect to pay in the states. I'm sold. Sign me up for the next visit, please. My girls were here the day before and had their nails done which is in part surely how I arrived here. Glad I did. They also advertise other things I know very little about. Waxing, eyelashes, UV gel, and something called Solar Powder. I'll Google that later, thank you. No entry for them on Yelp? I'll fix that. This is an area with a lot of visitors from around Canada so why anyone in their right mind wouldn't want to enjoy this escapes me. Here I am, performing a public service. You're welcome. If you come. Major credit cards accepted. Stones throw from several nice restaurants, tea and coffee shops and a bit of shopping here and there.
