However, I'm pretty well versed in proper disinfection protocols and I saw zero disinfection processes or disinfection products for that matter. There was no way to know what among all the tools laying on the manicure table had been cleaned, and when. There certainly was no "clean up" or switching to clean tools after I saw the prior guest get up and leave to when I sat down at the table. I felt really uncomfortable but didn't know what to say, I probably should have just left. Which is a real shame because I've been looking for a CLEAN salon in Bellingham and I really like how my nails look, but I suppose the search continues.

My sister got a pedicure with bath and massage only no polish removal and a manicure with gel polish removal. Timely and effective communication when looking to book for a pedicure…read more Booked via yelp for a 1pm appointment for the next day- Showed up a little early and they were graciously able to get me started earlier, very clean and friendly tho did seem a little visibly disappointed when I declined a manicure even tho I was asking for the most expensive pedicure- my tech took their time, was very thorough and loved that they don't use the cheese grater on my feet! It's a solid place to get a good pedicure , one tip I would give to the establishment is to be mindful of how your techs react when a customer declines a service.
