Not only did he not tell us this happened (I was not home at the time) but when he called him about it, he was beligerant to my son and first stated it was like that when he arrived. Later he said he didn't even see it. He wouldn't even take my call. I left a message and a text where I simply stated I needed him to either repair it or rip it out completely. I never received a return phone call. I wound up having to file a police report.

The driver made sure I was able to walk safely across 2 lanes of traffic to get my ride. That was beyond what he had to do. When I went to get my belongings from my car (it was totaled), they helped me with advice on what to do next with the insurance companies because I have never been in a car accident before. They talked to us like we were old friends. Reynold's employees are very personable and helpful in all ways. I highly recommend them, hopefully will never have to use them again, but if I ever do need a tow they will be the first people I call. (They were also very upfront with their fees.)
