I was helped along every step of the way with quick, informative responses. Their team made me feel confident in my decision to purchase a tuxedo from a company I had just heard of. Even when a problem arose, (my pants were too tight along the calves) Suitablee corrected the problem in more than enough time with no charge. The quality is great and the fit is right on. If you're debating wether you can trust an online company with such an important outfit, I would definitely recommend that you do. Just give yourself enough time in case corrections are needed.

I recently visited this custom suit store at the Brossard location to purchase a suit for my…read morefiancé for our wedding, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience from start to finish. Initially, the process seemed promising. Felix, the stylist took measurements and even performed a 3D scan, assuring us of a perfect fit. We also relied on a specific suit on display (the mannequin at the back of the store) to guide our choices, especially for the lapel style. We pointed out this suit explicitly and emphasized our preference for that exact lapel. After finalizing our choices, we paid the full amount of almost 1,500$. When the suit arrived six weeks later, we were shocked to find that the lapel was noticeably different from what we had chosen. The stylist explained that the AI system had adjusted the lapel size for my fiancé's tall and broad build. While this was frustrating, it paled in comparison to the other issues: the suit was extremely tight, had visible tension lines, restrictive bicep areas, and poor stitching quality. However, Felix was convinced that the suit fitted my fiance perfectly. It was after expressing our concerns that he then decided to send it for alterations. We returned the suit for alterations, but two weeks later, the problems persisted. This time a very kind woman, Ketsia, helped us. However, we found creases around the shoulders and a very visible expanded bicep area, where the suit was made larger. The suit still didn't fit well or look clean. When we questioned the lapel issue again, the stylist showed us our purchase profile, which had the wrong lapel checked off. The one we wanted was above the one that was checked off. This was then escalated to the manager, Eve, who called me to discuss the situation. Following this call, the stylist (Felix) called me to "clear his name". Felix denied making any mistakes and accused us of the error and was upset that we questioned his integrity. He then cited terms and conditions (which we were never shown) stating the suit was non-refundable. Finally, the conclusion that was given to us is that they would press the creases and they would remake the vest for an additional 400$ on top of the 1,500$ we had already paid. Today, when we went to pick up the suit, Eve (the manager), claimed to have reviewed the camera footage and the receipt, concluding that the mistake was our fault. I repeatedly asked if the footage showed Felix presenting us with the four lapel options and us pointing to the one we supposedly chose. She then retracted her statement about the cameras and said her decision was based solely on the receipt (which had the wrong lapel listed because Felix likely selected the incorrect one). She refused to refund our money or remake the vest. She also insisted that her stylist, Felix, wouldn't make such a mistake, implying he is infallible. When I requested to escalate the matter to the owners, Eve refused, claiming the owners were on vacation and that the decision had already been made with their involvement. When I insisted on speaking with the owners, Eve declined and asserted that her decision as the manager was final. Despite their high talk about integrity, Eve blatantly lied, claiming the owner was out of town on vacation. However, their Instagram story clearly showed one of the owners in the store, assisting a customer. I contacted several competitors and explained the issues we faced. They were all shocked by the lack of empathy shown by this company. They assured me that in a situation like this, they would have gone above and beyond for their customers, especially for a wedding suit. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. The lack of accountability, poor craftsmanship, and additional financial demands are unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this store for any custom suit needs. Save your time, money, and frustration by going elsewhere.

On my recent trip to Montreal, I visited this store twice. The first time was just a "recon" visit…read more(lol!) with friends who were avid fans of Aritzia. For my part, I had never even heard of the store but, while here with friends, I was very impressed by the selection and quality of the clothing I saw. The prices seemed high, but I decided I would return in the next few days to check things out at my leisure. I liked the two-leveled set up of the store, too, with both an ascending escalator in the front and a grandiose staircase in the rear, with changing rooms on both floors. I also like the projected video of fashions displayed on the wall by the escalator and the friendly security guard who greeted me when I entered. The whole place had an artsy-type vibe to it. The clothes all seemed to be of high quality and none of the fashions were too...trendy or edgy. They were all more classic, basic pieces: chunky sweaters, cardigans, pants, skirts, belts and scarves, etc. (Note that this store caters only to women). I really like the Rasa bras with the super-thick straps (kinda dominatrix-y. lol! I thought they were super cool), so I got 3 of them in different colored trims on my return visit. They had a model with white strap trim that I really wanted but they didn't have my size (only a few extra-small and one large). I asked a sales lady on the floor (a young woman about 20 with super long brunette hair. Wish I had taken note of her name) if they had any more of these bras with the white trim in stock. This gal was super nice and friendly and said she'd check her computer. I followed her to the computer station where she checked and said no, they haven't any more of these particular bra models. BUT, she added, the Aritzia store in the Eaton Center (five blocks east) had three of these bras in my size! Argh. I had just come from there and was walking the 3 miles west back to my folks' house. Oh well, I figured I'd backtrack (despite the 90 degree heat wave) and go to Eaton Center to get this bra. I really liked it and hey, maybe the extra walk would compensate for all the wonderful Montreal meals I'd been eating (hahaha. I'd have to walk cross-country for that to happen. But I digress....). I wandered back to Eaton Center and checked out the Aritzia store there. It was way smaller and had a much smaller inventory, but was still well laid-out with the basics there. I didn't see my bra there - only the other models (which I had already purchased). I stopped a sales girl there, asking where I could find this bra in with the white trim, noting the other store said they had 3 of them in stock here in my size. They checked on their computer and said no, the other store was "mistaken". They don't have ANY such bras in their store, not in any size. ARGH. I must add that the sales gal here wasn't too thrilled to help me out. I got the distinct impression that I was putting her out. ARGH. So my shlep 5 blocks east was for naught , and I started the long walk back to my parents' house, passing the other Aritzia store on the way. Such is my experience with these two stores. (I'm rating the store 3 stars because I do love my purchases from here and their product line is sound. Just wish their sales staff got their act together and some were more pleasant).

In the 15 minutes i was there no one offered me help. I found what i was looking for and another similar style in case the one i had selected wasn't the perfect fit. I didnt have time to try things on so i got in line to pay. The 3 cashiers behind the counter were super rude and when i asked if my purchase was refundable one yelled out:No! Bras final sale! At that point the two bralettes were already scanned and wrapped up. Then i was forced to disclose my full name (???!) even after saying i would rather not to "print the receipt" Since when do you have to take down the identity of the client to print a receipt for underwear? Horrendous experience. Will stick to shopping online
