I was helped along every step of the way with quick, informative responses. Their team made me feel confident in my decision to purchase a tuxedo from a company I had just heard of. Even when a problem arose, (my pants were too tight along the calves) Suitablee corrected the problem in more than enough time with no charge. The quality is great and the fit is right on. If you're debating wether you can trust an online company with such an important outfit, I would definitely recommend that you do. I recently visited this custom suit store at the Brossard location to purchase a suit for my fiancé for our wedding, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience from start to finish. Initially, the process seemed promising. Felix, the stylist took measurements and even performed a 3D scan, assuring us of a perfect fit. We also relied on a specific suit on display (the mannequin at the back of the store) to guide our choices, especially for the lapel style. We pointed out this suit explicitly and emphasized our preference for that exact lapel. After finalizing our choices, we paid the full amount of almost 1,500$. When the suit arrived six weeks later, we were shocked to find that the lapel was noticeably different from what we had chosen. The stylist explained that the AI system had adjusted the lapel size for my fiancé's tall and broad build. While this was frustrating, it paled in comparison to the other issues: the suit was extremely tight, had visible tension lines, restrictive bicep areas, and poor stitching quality. However, Felix was convinced that the suit fitted my fiance perfectly. It was after expressing our concerns that he then decided to send it for alterations. We returned the suit for alterations, but two weeks later, the problems persisted. This time a very kind woman, Ketsia, helped us. However, we found creases around the shoulders and a very visible expanded bicep area, where the suit was made larger. The suit still didn't fit well or look clean. When we questioned the lapel issue again, the stylist showed us our purchase profile, which had the wrong lapel checked off. The one we wanted was above the one that was checked off. This was then escalated to the manager, Eve, who called me to discuss the situation. Following this call, the stylist (Felix) called me to "clear his name". Felix denied making any mistakes and accused us of the error and was upset that we questioned his integrity. He then cited terms and conditions (which we were never shown) stating the suit was non-refundable. Finally, the conclusion that was given to us is that they would press the creases and they would remake the vest for an additional 400$ on top of the 1,500$ we had already paid. Today, when we went to pick up the suit, Eve (the manager), claimed to have reviewed the camera footage and the receipt, concluding that the mistake was our fault. I repeatedly asked if the footage showed Felix presenting us with the four lapel options and us pointing to the one we supposedly chose. She then retracted her statement about the cameras and said her decision was based solely on the receipt (which had the wrong lapel listed because Felix likely selected the incorrect one). She refused to refund our money or remake the vest. She also insisted that her stylist, Felix, wouldn't make such a mistake, implying he is infallible. When I requested to escalate the matter to the owners, Eve refused, claiming the owners were on vacation and that the decision had already been made with their involvement. When I insisted on speaking with the owners, Eve declined and asserted that her decision as the manager was final. Despite their high talk about integrity, Eve blatantly lied, claiming the owner was out of town on vacation. However, their Instagram story clearly showed one of the owners in the store, assisting a customer. I contacted several competitors and explained the issues we faced. They were all shocked by the lack of empathy shown by this company. They assured me that in a situation like this, they would have gone above and beyond for their customers, especially for a wedding suit. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. The lack of accountability, poor craftsmanship, and additional financial demands are unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this store for any custom suit needs. Save your time, money, and frustration by going elsewhere. read more

Here are great pointers to take from them: - They have someone work and watch your order from start to finish. - They have an amazing engineering touch and tech to their products. - Fabrics are of very good quality. The touch is very soft and comfortable to wear. - The fit coming from the measurements is amazing. It was the closest any company has ever gotten for me. On a recent visit to Montreal, I was custom fitted for a suit with Suitablee. They arrived at my hotel to take measurements (both the traditional way, as well as through some high tech digital imaging software, which was very neat), and the service was top notch. And throughout the whole process, the communication and responsiveness was outstanding. I received the suit (as well as a custom tailored shirt) 2-3 weeks later. It fits absolutely perfectly and looks amazing. This is my first custom suit, and by far my favorite suit I've ever owned, and I am thrilled. The Short: A great place for quality, custom suits that won't break the bank, all with amazing service. Not your typical custom menswear place. The Long: For context, Suitablee wasn't my first custom menswear order. Over a three year span, I've ordered 3 three-piece suits from Indochino. Suffice to say, I won't be going to Indochino for my suits any longer. I needed outfits for my 7 groomsmen and rented wasn't going to cut it. During the fitting, the owners, Jean & Jeremy, came with a huge array of cloth and stitching samples to choose from - so far, par for the course. The standout was their eye for detail; rather than just let me blindly pick, their opinions were invaluable. I was leaning for a khaki-hued option that would have frankly left us camouflaged during the beach wedding - on their suggestion I choose a royal blue and am thankful for it. Then, there's the fit. Normally with an online 'bespoke' shop there's a credit for alterations included, largely because there will almost always be something that needs fixing once the final product is in hand. Not in this case. All of our outfits fit perfectly - not a single alteration was needed. For one order, that could be written as a one-off or luck. For 8 guys of different body types, this sort of precision is not an accident. Finally, there's the service. Jean & Jeremy were extremely attentive, quick to respond during communications. And the suits arrived impeccably steamed and pressed to our door; no clunky brown cardboard boxing. It's the little things that made the experience even better. This was my first suit purchase ever. Before this suit I had been wearing department store jackets bought with pants that didn't quite match or fit right, mostly because I was too cheap for a nice suit. The time came and now I need a real professional suit, so I decided to go with Suitablee because I wanted a 100% unique tailored suit. I paid $700 for my suit (sans vest). Suitablee met all of my expectations, but most importantly, I found the price vs quality balance was right on point. The owner of Suitable was the one to fit my suit, and I think he did a fantastic job. I had very little in the way of knowledge for colours or patterns. I thought I wanted a solid grey suit, but then the owner suggested a dark blue with cross stitched lines, and it looks amazing. If you don't know much about suits, suitablee really helps get it right for you, without overwhelming you with options. However if you know a lot about what you want, I also got the impression they would not be offended to be told exactly what you need from your suit. Overall 5/5 stars and if I need to buy any fitted shirts or additional suits in the near future, I will definitely stick with Suitablee. read more

If you are tired of not finding the "right" suit, you can design it yourself. Basically every part is customizable and then tailored to your measurements. In addition, expert advice on what would look best on you from experience is extremely valuable. Fast fashion will never replace a well-tailored suit. Process: Book an appointment to get your measurements and see initial fabrics. Pick up your suits and shirts in a few weeks. Buy again online (if you did not gain or lose 10 lbs...otherwise, retake your measurements...) You can go meet in their startup office or they can come to you. It's easy! The suits are much better tailored than Maxwell's, having a local Canadian presence helps finish it properly and control quality. read more
