He understood exactly what we were looking for and fully executed. He was very flexible as we had to change dates due to covid without any extra charges. The package pricing is also unbeatable - for other photographers we looked into pricing for just wedding photos was the same or more compared to our package with NG Studio which included our engagement shoot, photo and video for the wedding (with Nour another photographer and two videographers + a drone), one full album, two smaller albums for our families, and 3 USB drives. For our engagement shoot, I was able to coordinate with Nour ahead of time to get both photos and video footage of me surprising my husband with his early wedding gift. We loved the engagement session since we were able to get to know Nour better and get more comfortable in front of the camera. He was so helpful by providing us with poses. For our actual wedding, I was nervous about being able to get all 80+ of my relatives in a group photo but Nour's team was able to get the shot! Nour is incredibly accommodating and so friendly. They gave us a link to our full gallery 4 weeks after our wedding. If you're also going with video, I'd recommend selecting or at least considering which ~10 songs you'd like for your video since my husband and I were slow about picking them. I never was given a contract to sign. Just told that I would get a contract when he was paid. Whatever, so I gave him a check and forgetting that he didn't cash it, I removed the account as cash for all the Vendors on the day of the wedding which was Sunday. Who cashes a check on a Saturday? I couldn't put it back so I transferred the money from another account so Leandro could get his payment but the banks were closed and he said "if you don't pay me in 1 hour, i am not showing up!" This was at my rehearsal dinner!!! I ended up with another photographer of three available who took cash at job site. I would love to know if anyone had an event he shot on June 8, 2014 because he left my job to go to yours. If you had no other plans on a Sunday of June 8th, except my Wedding; why would you quit and refuse to take cash at site of event? tell me only pay pal... Then tell me you are going to a Birthday Party? Leandro only paypals, no charge card processor probably because this is his side job and there are fees to charge machines. I just don't paypal because paypal doesn't have credit card protection and they wouldn't refund my money for package that was never delivered but left at my door supposedly. Oh, and he kept my deposit of $600 as a Engagement Photo Fee, which was included as part of the Wedding Shoot Package. This was agreed but only had we not used him for the Wedding; not if he found something better to do and not show up. Bottom line is... Leandro is good photographer so many would wanna use him and there is a chance that he could find other jobs if you book him and wait to pay him last minute. In sum, we were promised 700x highlighted pictures and all of those would be delivered as physical…read more4x6 prints, an online gallery hosted on WMP's website, retouching/editing of chosen pictures and a USB of approximately 3000x total pictures. These were all to be delivered between 3 weeks and 6 weeks post wedding. Our wedding was May 25th, 2019 and the following has happened since: * Majority of pictures provided by WMP were from early in the day with the wedding party rather than at the cocktail hour and reception with family and friends. Very few evening pictures were taken and not one with the NYC skyline clearly behind us * 90% of pictures we requested on the WMP questionnaire were non-existent. Most missing were invaluable family photos which were the most important to us * MANY absent faces. Our wedding had 100ppl and 10x tables (no table pictures taken with or without us). It was the same few guests taken over and over on only one side of the room * When William sent a link to the 700x digital photos which lacked a majority of requested family photos and almost zero evening photos, we were worried but still hopeful they existed somewhere. We voiced our concern to William and asked if Nick had more pictures. He said there were no more and sent us a link to the remnant photos which did not contain the photos promised and the blurry evening photos. When we reviewed all of them one by one and asked William why so many requested photos weren't taken, he said, "Well, I did my best." We were floored by how curt he was. He was done with us. What were we going to do...we already paid in full and couldn't reverse time Rather than argue, we asked that he send the USB, 4x6 prints etc * Next came the fiasco of collecting said contractually agreed upon items. We would text William and he would respond promising to have them delivered the following week. He repeatedly said he would be sending a tracking number for the USBs (of the wedding AND my bridal shower from March) along with the 4x6 prints. We followed up weekly for months and got the same response until we stopped getting responses altogether * We found his assistant, Nick on Instagram and DM'd him due to a lack of communication from William. It was that same day (Sept 20th, 2019) William finally called us to tell us he would fulfill on his promises. This is the last call/text we ever received from William * After countless attempts to reach William, we tried one last time in mid-Oct '19 to rectify the situation with his assistant Nick but he claimed no responsibility for services not rendered since he was freelancing * We begrudgingly finally took legal action in late '19 We recently found out that he has wronged multiple people since our wedding (not showing up for one wedding altogether according to Yelp); stopped paying his business rent; his website link is down; and he has up and disappeared. Hope this is helpful so no matter what photographer you choose, be EXTRA careful and make sure you have a back-up plan in place!

We are very disappointed with the outcome of our wedding photos. This photographer was referred to…read moreus, so we trusted that he would do an excellent job and capture the most important day of our lives. The work, photos and attitude we received was not what we had hoped for. I would do your research and meet with multiple photographers - your wedding is your big day! I wouldn't trust this vendor with such an important day, and we are very upset with the services that we received. Below are a few reasons why: 1) Strangely, family and friends captured many more lively images with bright colors and set up shots with their iPhones, which looked much better than majority of the images we received from our professional photographer (print is better quality too, which is pretty shocking). 2) In virtually every family photo my eyes were closed or the quality is extremely blurry and you can hardly make out the faces. The ones I tried to print wouldn't print bigger than 5x7 and you can't see the image well, which is disappointing as we were gifted some beautiful, large picture frames and are unable to use them or have larger prints made. John said this would be fixed if I ordered the prints through him. I find this incredibly hard to believe as I went through Shutterfly and didn't edit or retouch the photos. 3) Majority of the photos were taken from an odd angle, and random objects are seen in the background, including an ice cream truck, which was expressly promised to be edited out. This of course, could have been avoided had the photographer taken a few steps over or asked us to take a few steps over. 4) Lastly, and most importantly, there isn't a photo of us ( just the bride and groom) that we would be proud to frame. There was little attention to detail, and my bridesmaids had to take time out of their already hectic day to help John stage photos and give him ideas (including the standard dress shot, bouquet, shoes, etc.). We struggled to find any value in the photos. On the day of my wedding, I didn't have the time to direct. Since we are unable to rewind the clock on our wedding day, we were hoping to compromise and have some additional editing that was initially promised. However, John has not been very accommodating or pleasant to work with since delivering the photos. Although we will never have the photos that captured our families on the actual wedding day that we wanted, my husband and I ended up paying for another (amazing) photographer to capture photos of us to recreate our wedding. We are beyond thrilled with the high quality of the photos and we now have the photos we dreamed of. We could have saved ourselves a lot of money and trouble had we went with another photographer on our wedding day. We don't have a single photo from our wedding day in our apartment, but we proudly display our second photographers work. My biggest advice for brides is to do extensive research when finding a photographer and take the time to look at their previous work. Please don't make the same mistake that we did.

He has a keen eye for lighting, colors, and the scenery which obviously makes a huge difference in the outcome of the picture.
