The last 4 times or so that I have been here over a year and a half I asked for a manual tire shine, but all 4 times they failed to deliver on their end. It is a service that they offer as part of the ultimate wash if requested. It's not like I went when it was peak busy hours. I usually go on weekdays around 11 am when it is not busy. No one seems to go above and beyond. I find the value in going and getting a car wash here has decreased and may find business elsewhere if lackluster service continues.

I just picked up my car from my first servicing at K&G. I cannot(!) say enough good things about this shop. First of all, the person at the desk could not have been nicer, more patient and complete. She took the list of what I wanted them to do. And it was done! They did not try to sell me services that I didn't want or need. They performed the service promptly, professionally and the cost was completely fair. I want companies to make money for providing me a service, otherwise they won't be in business when I need them the next time. But I don't want to be ripped off. I cannot recommend K&G Auto more highly for auto repair. I can't comment on the detailing service.

CARSTAR Champion Body Works - A Cut Above! I rarely leave…read morereviews (my last one was back in 2023!), but my recent experience at CARSTAR Champion Body Works in Lorton truly compelled me to share. They had just done a perfect job repairing our car, only for it to get hit again just days later--while innocently parked, no less. My wife was absolutely heartbroken, and honestly, I was beyond frustrated bringing it back in, unsure if anything could even be done. That's when I met Graham. From the moment he greeted me, his calm, reassuring manner and genuine professionalism made an instant, huge impression. He didn't just assess the damage; he jumped right in and took care of it on the spot with incredible care and skill. What could have easily been another major headache turned into a moment of real relief, thanks entirely to him. People like Graham are a rare find and truly remind you what exceptional customer service should be. He's a gem! Five stars all day long for CARSTAR Champion Body Works and especially for Graham!

When I picked it up, I was blown away. It looks better than new. The paint has a deep, rich shine that almost looks wet, and every piece of chrome is polished to a perfect mirror finish. The entire bike looks showroom ready. The attention to detail is clear in every inch. See the video and pics I posted. I am beyond satisfied and would highly recommend this service to anyone who truly cares about their motorcycle. The owner, Noah, is very personable and customer-oriented. Trust me, you'll have a difficult time finding a better detail shop.

I recently had service done here on my 2023 Jeep Wrangler. The original issue I brought my vehicle…read morein for was eventually repaired, although it took a little over a month to get everything completed. However, upon receiving my vehicle back, I immediately noticed scratch marks on all three removable soft-top window panels--the rear, left, and right windows. It literally looks like someone took a pen and scratched all over the surface of the plastic. These damages were NOT there when I brought my vehicle in. I came back and brought the damage to their attention, but they refused to take accountability for it. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I trusted this shop with my vehicle, and I expected it to be returned to me in the same condition I brought it in. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO COME TO THIS SHOP. BEWARE!!! YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE DAMAGED WHILE IT IS HERE BEING REPAIRED. To make matters worse, I initially thought one of the workers had left my keys inside the vehicle. I drove up the street to get gas and realized the keys were not in the Jeep. I eventually discovered that the keys had been left ON THE HOOD OF MY VEHICLE. I had literally been driving around with my keys sitting on the hood. I have now filed another complaint with my insurance regarding these NEW damages, but it appears I may have to pay out of pocket to have the windows repaired or replaced. These scratches have made my Jeep look significantly more worn out and several years older. The windows now look absolutely hideous, and this damage should never have happened in the first place. I strongly recommend taking pictures and documenting the condition of your vehicle BEFORE leaving it at this shop. I certainly wish I had known I would need to do that. Update**** I recently found out they tried to fix my car with tape, this is ridiculous, this place needs to be shut down honestly. I've been stressed out getting my windows fixed because of this place and now I have to deal with this.
