I am writing this to report a disturbing lack of professional accountability and human respect at…read morethis location. Regardless of how much a customer pays, there is a baseline of service and respect that should be non-negotiable. Today, that baseline was nonexistent. At 8:15 AM, I encountered a significant communication barrier with two employees who were dismissive and entirely uninterested in my concerns. When I requested to speak with the supervisor to resolve the matter, the situation became even more unprofessional. The supervisor's body language was disgraceful--he was completely dismissive and made it clear he had no intention of actually addressing my concerns or the behavior of his staff. Most alarming was the total refusal of accountability. When I asked for names to document this interaction, the supervisor flatly refused to provide his name or the names of the employees involved. This level of secrecy is a massive red flag. What is this management team hiding? Why is a supervisor at a public business refusing to identify himself to a customer? This "secretive" and disrespectful culture is unacceptable. I am seeking a direct conversation with the owner of White Horse Auto Wash to discuss why his leadership team feels they are above providing their names or basic respect to the customers they serve. I saw $30 or $40 online yet it was $50 just for the exterior and it could've been cleaned better for that price! I even saw how the car in front of me has dirt still around the license plate area and he paid more for his suv. I appreciate the labor given the snow gunk and it's hard on just a few guys arms back to back for a train of cars! Still, I think $50 is a bit much for the service I got. It was a busy Friday so wait time was an hour then the actual service about 20 minutes. Go, enjoy

Went to try this place out because I only like getting my car hand washed and once I saw this place…read moreand it's reviews I went for it & it was a great experience they power washed it and got into the wheel and tires good & also wiped and vacuumed my interior. I asked if they did little stain removal but I was told only in detailing for additional fee, but the nice lady helped me out with the seat regardless and tried to get the stain out as best as she could & that was a 10/10. Only complain is that on driver seat the floor mats might have been a bit too slippery for my liking due to the cleaning product but besides that definitely would come back.
