Squigg's Towing came out within the estimated time, hooked my car up with care and even let me ride in their truck to the dealership -- which was a godsend. Traffic was heavy and things were down to one lane with construction on Ogden Ave, but everything went smoothly (which I appreciated even more because my car wasn't towed via flatbed). They navigated through a very tight parking lot at the dealership and got my car right by the service bay. Along the way and in the ride, they were friendly, courteous and good natured people. I highly recommend them ... no one wants to have their car towed, but they made the experience as positive and seamless as possible.

Mike's gentle presence, professionalism, and kindness to his manner put me at ease and kept me from falling to my frustration and anxiety of the incident. if I could thank him again, I would.

I called and Todd actually answered ... family owned small business ya know. After explaining my situation, they worked with me to get my daughters car in, inspect it, called me to tell me exactly what was wrong, and even took my payment over the phone! When we were discussing what was wrong, I inquired about some other items and to whether or not I should have them replaced as well. They could've taken me for a complete ride ... but I was told (by the owner himself) that they inspected the other parts I had mentioned, and there was no need at this time to have them replaced as they were still in good condition with minimal signs of wear. In today's world of "how much can I get out of you", this was a refreshing experience back to the days of when a handshake meant something. Wednesday rolls around, I get completely ghosted - no response to texts/calls, and nobody shows up at the appointment time. Got my installation done elsewhere.

Also, it was Black Friday and they were able to come to us on Monday morning. We purchased a new starter through Auto Zone (thanks to their Black Friday deal we got 20% off AND free next day delivery!!) The guys arrived 30 mins early!!!! It was amazing how they just lifted up my Honda Civic which had been sitting in my parking lot since Wednesday.
