After 1 hour, we called back to ask for an ETA. The same customer service rep said "I'm not the driver, I can't tell you exactly when he will be there. It shouldn't be too much longer". It's now 12:30. After 2 hours, we tried again and they won't answer our calls. Absolutely ridiculous. They might be cheap but they are unreliable to say the least.
