I can recognize a steak when I see it :) The flavor of the steak should have been Medium and it came too cooked, so hard to chew and to taste. The Broccoli were oooold and disgusting, the Rice was too dry really, it would have been easier to chew some desert sand. I came inside with a big desire of a Steak and I left the restaurant with the same desire =| so, on a scale from 1 to 10, i say 3, because the Beer was at least Fresh and Tasty and I've been generous !! Great steak tartar and burger, lachs tiradito was also very tasty. The wines were pretty good, even the cognac we had for desert.
