I love frozen yogurt! I've came to this place before COVID and now after COVID. Definitely still love it. I came to visit on a Friday evening and it stayed consistently busy. As soon as you walk in, they have signage for 6 feet of distance, then they offer you gloves and require you to sanitize your hands before grabbing the frozen yogurt. It's very well organized, in a one way fashion to get the frozen yogurt and the toppings. The toppings are now in small containers for each topping so you pick up a cup of whichever topping you'd like. Honestly they pack the toppings in the cups because they are filled to the brim. I like the changes they've made to accommodate the new normal. Definitely makes coming to the place worth while. Needs a deep clean. Every time I'm in there I'm worried my kid is gonna get hand foot & mouth. Today an old Karen was holding her dog at her shoulder over the candy/toppings bar while she pumped copious amounts of chocolate syrup on her froyo. People asked her to move her yappy angry mutt away from the food and she got nasty. Staff didn't do anything about the dog lady and her dirty perro over the Reece's Peanut Butter Cups. Did not know that this location even existed! I was in the area and my son was anxious to use his BOGO Menchie's coupon. After attempting to go to the location on 67th ave and realizing it was closed, we stumbled upon this one. The plaza that it is in is gorgeous as well. You can tell that it is very new. How do you not stop for some FroYo when in the Lakes? I always like the original tart flavor but this time I got it swirled with a berry rendition of the tart flavor and totally dug it. I would imagine a lot of the people sample everything before selecting so naturally the little cups are sometimes rationed which I'm fine with. Pulling the lever all the way back up after serving helps avoid a lingering messy drip so please be aware. The self serve bar with the varied candy, fruit, nut, and chocolate topping options make it easy to pack on some extra ounces. I go for the boba, blueberries, and a few gummy bears for my usual order. Less is more sometimes because with the hot humid climate we live in, I find that when i overdo the portion half of it melts before I can get to it. It's literally the best spot to take your kid after they made honor roll for a nice treat or even for a late night sweet craving. You pay per ounce and they use those cute plastic spoons making the calories prettier to indulge on. They have seasonal flavors on display throughout the year so keep an eye out for those. I have to say their limited edition glazed donut flavor tastes metallic, nothing like a donut :/ I also didn't care for the gingerbread or the strawberry. Cookies n cream & red velvet were both on the "short list" for us, but I wasn't really wowed by any of the flavors. I thought their toppings were AMAZING; huge selection of many different sweets & fruits. The staff was nice & there really wasn't a wait to pay even though there were about 15 people pouring yogurt all over. What a fine family establishment. This place gets 5 stars and I don't know why I waited so long to write these great folks a positive review. My daughter loves to eat Menchies so we tend to visit this establishment on a weekly basis and more at times (when she deserves it). They have 14 varieties of flavors, and its so hard to choose because they all taste delicious in my opinion. They have sample cups when you walk in to the yogurt bar so its easy to sample which ones you would like before you fully commit. Once you have selected your delicious yogurt base you then proceed to the toppings bar, they have a wide variety of sweets and treats that can go on top. There has to be something here for everyone and the very creative minded people, although I tend not to experiment that often, I leave that up to the kid. I must say that Raspberry and Cake Batter and Banana are my favorite flavors and I noticed that they brought back the seasonal pumpkin flavor but have yet to try it, I think i'll put that on my list for the next time I visit. This establishment is super clean and the owners are phenomenal. I talk to them whenever I run into them and they always make sure my experience is perfect if not they will find a way to make it perfect. When they see my daughter, they have given her stickers and Menchies gear which lights up her day so this is enough for me to keep coming back. You should have your taste cups out. It's pretty stingy not to ....I really don't like how you ask for taste cups and they hesitantly give you two. I enjoy coming here when I want to splurge on a yogurt ice cream treat. While I am still very happy with the service and cleanliness of this place one thing I thing that has changed for the worse is the number of sample cups they give you. When they first opened they would give you three then months after two and now you have to ask and then they give you one. This encourages people to recycle their sample cups and the thought of that is sort of gross. Even though if you do ask they will give you an extra cup. I like that they change the flavors often, that there is always some fresh fruit available and that they have a nice assortment of toppings. Overall the place is pretty clean but I go at off peak hours. Hopefully they maintain the same standards during peak hours. read more

The decor is cute. The frozen yogurt is yummy and there are so many flavors and toppings available. I tend to stick with chocolate and am so impressed how creamy and how much like ice cream it tastes. This week I tried the Watermelon Sorbet and it reminded me of italian ice.
